This magnificent duplex, fully renovated in Cannes’ former stables, combines charm, comfort, and modernity.
Located just a few steps from the Midi beaches and the old port, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city’s main attractions, such as the Palais des Festivals or the Croisette.
Its location makes it an ideal choice for a romantic getaway or a business stay.
Restaurants and boutiques are just around the corner. Total comfort and zero stress!
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.
