Beachy and cozy, this condo has everything you need! Get away from it all and relax here, where the beach is a short half block walk across the street. Don't want to drive while you're on vacation? Great! Next door you will find seafood, steak, ice cream, and even putt putt golf. Take a walk down the beach to the Boardwalk and Fishing Pier. Truly take it easy and visit this relaxing spot where folks are friendly, food is fantastic, and sandy beaches are as crystal blue as the Caribbean.

Great place!

We loved staying here! It only reason we wouldn’t again is bc our family needs a little bit bigger place, but that’s nothing against the host or place. Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Everything we needed was stocked. Notes posted in the home were very helpful and informative. Many things in walking distance! One of my children has some physical limitations so only thing I would add is that there are stairs as it is on the second floor. Already looking to stay at Fort Walton again next year!

Quick stay

Love this condo! Super convenient and within walking distance to restaurants, beach, and pier. Had all of the necessities needed for a quick stay.

Great for a short stay

Great location for the beach, easy walk across the street. We stayed with 3 adults/2 children for 2 weeks, the unit was a bit cramped and uncomfortable with that many people for our longer stay, but a quick weekend here would have been great. The unit came with less than a days worth of supplies (coffee, TP, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, trash bags etc) so be prepared to pick some up at the store when you go shopping.

Close to beach

The condo was comfortable and clean. We love to walk, and there are many directions to go with sidewalks. The beach is right across the street, which was great! Grocery store and restaurants very close by. The balcony is a wonderful place to relax. We had a a very nice time!

Perfect!

Honestly I wish we were there again right now. We had the BEST time. This place is SO clean and my kids enjoyed it so much that they have literally changed their ways around our own home. The location was perfect for everything, great restaurants nearby, a quick walk to the beach that was no problem for the kids and they wanted to do it multiple times!! Boogie boarding in November🤗 Slept amazing and kids loved the games provided, they learned Uno and Monopoly. Loved the sweet touches of the Keurig and coffee maker we used both💗

We had a blast!

If I could give this whole experience a ten I would. Kam went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had to help us book our stay and we are so glad we did. This place had all the comforts of home but was so perfect we reconnected. The kiddos loved the game and movie nights and got spoiled with trips to the beach. In November! 😍It was the cleanest place we have stayed ever (and we like to travel) and the beds were all so comfortable! We will be back!

Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

My family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. My family and I booked this beautiful property for accommodations for our wedding. The location was perfect. Access to the beach was literally a couple minutes walk. We will forever hold the property and experience close to our hearts as we joined families. My now husband and three step sons were very happy with the stay as well. Tam really went above and beyond with all the small details of home. Providing the beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as beach towels, was such a lifesaver. We would love to stay here again in the future and will highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a place to stay.

Clean and comfy!

After checking out of our gross room at Super 8 less than an hour after checking in and going to crash with my in-laws at their condo for the night, I was looking on VRBO for a place to stay the rest of our trip. I requested to stay here and went to sleep. I woke up the next morning to an email saying my bank had declined the transaction, but there was also an email from Kam saying she was still willing to host us if we could get things figured out on our end. Very long story short, we got it figured out and I'm extremely impressed with the communication we received from her every step of the way. This place was clean and cozy and the perfect place to land after long days of activities. I would definitely consider staying here again if we made our way back down to the area.

overall great stay!

We arrived late at night, so it was a bit difficult finding the property since we didn’t know what the outside looked like, but once we found it, the check in process was super easy. The only amenity missing from the listing was shampoo and body soap, but we contacted Kam about the issue and she responded very quickly, was very apologetic, and we were able to get the stuff we needed! The location was great, such a quick walk to the beach! We will definitely remember this place for any future trips to the area!!

Beautiful Place To Stay

Checking in was easy and smooth, the place was beautiful as described. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The condo was super clean, which was so important to me. Kam was very responsive with any questions we had. It exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be keeping this place in mind for our next trip to Florida!

Beach therapy!

We had an excellent time at Okaloosa Beach and renting from Kam was easy. The condo was exactly as stated in the description. It was easy to walk across the street to access the beach. There were plenty of towels and beach accessories to make it convenient. We were able to watch the Fort Walton Pier fireworks from our balcony. I would definitely stay at this condo again in the future.

Great Condo, great location

Family enjoyed 6 nights in this unit. Was clean with all the amenities accurate. Quiet area, easy beach access. Will visit again if ever in the area.

Awesome.

This place was so nice and cozy. I wish I would’ve stayed longer!! Kam is sooo sweet and will make sure everything is perfect. It was my first time using Vrbo. And to go on a vacation with the place basically fully stocked with home essentials is so nice. Will def be back soon!

Everything you need for beach vacay

Condo was very clean, newly renovated. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of beach goodies. Quick, easy walk to the beach. Great place for our family to stay. Easy check-in/checkout process. Definitely recommend if you want to go to the beach without paying a ridiculous rate.

Our stay was great! Quick walk to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and body boards at the condo for guest use were super convenient and made the time at the beach comfortable and fun!

We drove all the way from Alabama. Only to find out someone was occupying the house.

Only to be told by the owner it was mistake that I was allowed to book. Said it was suppose to be open until three weeks later. She said she refunded me the money. I didn't get my money back for almost two weeks later. So the 700.00 I paid was being held up. Meanwhile my kids and I had no place to go, nice to check into, bc everything was booked. It's pitch dark outside we are hours away from home. The only thing the owner said was I know you're upset , but I refunded you the money. Needless to say my and my girls Spring break would have literally been destroyed. But God opened up a door the next day for a nicer place. We said in a horrible hotel that night. I would never book with this lady again.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This location is perfectly located between Destin and Fort Walton Beach where there is so many things to do in all directions. Although still bustling, the Island is a little more low-key than Destin due to the military's restrictions on high rise condo's. If you fly in and don't feel like renting a car, there is still so much to do within walking distance and plenty of restaurants to choose from. I think anyone who visits will agree and will be making the trip back for many years to come.
