Islander Condo # 303 es una unidad de platino con vista al este que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Evite los ascensores con fácil acceso a la planta baja y al estacionamiento a través de las escaleras cerca del condominio. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina ha sido renovada recientemente con nuevos gabinetes, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y está completamente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas, o relájese en la sala de estar para ver el 42 TV con reproductor de DVD y acceso a cable digital. Hay un sofá cama doble disponible para los huéspedes.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size y un televisor de 32 ". El baño se ha actualizado con un tocador doble, encimeras de granito y una ducha a ras de suelo. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con 2 camas individuales de tamaño Rattan con sillón de acento y un televisor de 32 "con reproductor de DVD. El baño de visitas actualizado tiene un tocador actualizado y un combo de bañera / ducha de mármol.

Our family’s first trip to Destin. We were very happy with this property. Spacious, clean, comfortable, two pools, beach access and beautiful water. The unit has a full kitchen with everything you’ll need to eat in. Recommend bringing groceries, then eat out when you want. Great family snorkeling everywhere but be sure to try the nearby jetty area north to Norriego Point to see some very cool things - all very walkable. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Unit

We saw dolphins from our balcony on multiple occasions. It was a short walk to the beach and pool and the steps are nearby.

Excellent Beaches!

We landed on this awesome location after relocating our vacation last minute due to the hurricane. The condo was clean and equipped with essentials. The beach was a very close walk and the beach service of an umbrella and 2 chairs provided was a great addition especially for those that are flying and not able to bring those items. The actual location of the condo was in a very nice neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. Only thing I would say would be nice is beach toys for the kids, but other than that everything was perfect!

I believe the description says it was recently renovated and the new décor and furniture is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. It is much prettier in person. Our children loved the pool and hot tub. It was always very clean and very well taken care of. All staff were super friendly and the beach access was perfect as well. We had our grandfather with us and the board walk down to the beach made it very easy for him to walk down. Not to mention, the beach and water were gorgeous! The owners of Unit 303 have outdone themselves. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this condo! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Unit 303/nice, but after we checked out/weird

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So, we have been staying at The Islander for at least 25 yrs and we have always enjoyed our time for vacation there. We have stayed in Unit 303 before and when we made our reservations, we asked for Unit 303. We arrived Tues, Oct 15 and checked out the morning of Fri, Oct 18, as this was part of my Spring vacation as a teacher. We had a very nice stay in Unit 303 for those days. Everything was in great working order/no complaints. We did not even cook any meals while there, eating out, spending most of our time at the beach/swimming pool or sleeping. We checked out on that Fri morning and began our travel back home. We were about 3 hrs away from Destin when The Islander manager, Kendall, sent us a text, reading exactly like the following on our phone message:"Hi, this is Kendall calling from the Island and I was just calling as we know you checked out from 303 today. We did find some damaged items in the unit that were left behind like a TV and some snap cord. We were just wondering why if you can give us a call back phone number is 88.50837 Thank you bye-bye"We were completely shocked and called her right back immediately. We had no idea whatsoever about what she was talking about when she described Unit 303. We shared with her that we have always been completely respectful and careful of any accommodation where we go on vacation. When we left Unit 303, we were thorough when we took out the trash, started the dishwasher, left every piece of furniture in the exact condition that it was in when we arrived on the 15th. Everything was left clean, properly placed where it should be, and in proper order. We were very upset to think that anyone would even think that we had anything to do with such a weird and unexplainable situation that was in Unit 303 after we checked out. We ended up calling Kendall several more times trying to clarify what had happened, and asked her to call us back with more information...but we have yet

Vacation with hurricane Sally

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice though we had some issues with the tvs, which was eventually resolved by a member of the staff. It had been a very long time since batteries were changed out, which made many of the remotes inoperable. The condo was nice and well supplied with kitchen items. The property location was great being so close to the beach area. One major issue was the parking lot. We were on the outer edge of the hurricane so everyone was pretty much locked in until the heavy rain passed, however the property parking lot was another matter altogether. The lot was completely flooded for the five days after the rain. The pump system they were attempting to use was a real jury rigged outfit trying to draw the water down. Basically everyone was stranded with no way out for a couple of days, then we eventually were able to plow through the lower flooded area. I realize the event was not the property or managements fault, but certainly a better pump system would be a worthy expenditure. It could have been a real problem for anyone that had a medical issue or an emergency, since it was not possible to leave the property for two or more days. All that being said, we would return and stay here again as the location and condo was very nice, particularly access to the beach and surrounding restaurants and businesses.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at The Islander each of last (20) years and have been very satisfied over the years.The only issues were that the bed in the Master Bedroom was not very comfortable. Also, one of the rooms on the 4th floor had several teenagers playing loud music which was annoying to several families with young children.We plan to continue to visit The Islander each year.
