For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, iron, Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment is ideally located in Dinard, within walking distance of all amenities. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can take your luggage down the street from the building, but you won't be able to park. You can park in Dinard's paid public parking lots, or stray a little from the town center to find free parking.

- Nearest train station: Gare SNCF de Saint malo 12.4 km (about 19 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport 79.7 km ( approx. 1 hour by car)
