Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² flat in Dinard, 250 metres from l'Écluse beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A 25 m² living room with TV, 1 double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a study area
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, iron, Nespresso coffee machine.

The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment where everything is within walking distance. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Water sports (kayaking, windsurfing, swimming...)
- Hiking, cycling, etc.
- Cultural activities: cinema, concerts, British film festival in autumn
- Several sites to visit on the Emerald Coast
- Saint-Malo is accessible by shuttle bus and is less than 10 minutes' walk from the flat.

- Plage de l'Écluse 250 m away and Plage du Prieuré 800 m away.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to take your luggage down the street from the building but will not be able to park. You can park in the public pay car parks in Dinard or go a little further away from the town centre to find free spaces.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo SNCF station 12.4 km away (about 19 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport, 79.7 km (about 1 hour by car)
