Tower W/Stunning Gulf & Sunset Views In Seaside, 7 Houses To Beach, +2 Bikes

Located just one block from the beach in Seaside, this inviting family retreat sits on a spacious, shaded corner lot along quiet Robert’s Way—just seven homes from the Gulf. Blending classic coastal charm with thoughtful updates, this home offers multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces designed for relaxing, gathering, and making the most of your time at the beach. A true highlight is the third-floor open-air tower, featuring Adirondack bar seating for four and offering breathtaking sunset views as the sun dips over the rooftops and toward the Gulf.

The first floor welcomes you with a comfortable secondary living area, complete with dual club chairs, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun. This level also features a private king primary suite with its own bath (shower only) and a screened-in porch with a swing and Adirondack seating, overlooking the peaceful, park-like surroundings—an ideal spot for morning coffee with the sound of the waves nearby. A second bedroom with two twin beds is also located on this floor, along with an additional full bath, offering convenience and flexibility for families.

Upstairs, the second floor showcases a beautifully renovated kitchen designed for both style and function. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, custom cabinetry, and all the cookware needed for family meals, this space opens seamlessly into the dining and living areas. The dining table comfortably seats 6–8 guests, while the adjacent living space offers a comfortable sofa, club chairs, and a mounted TV. Just off the main living area, a second screened porch with Adirondack seating provides a peaceful, tree-lined setting overlooking Rosewalk—perfect for evening cocktails or a quiet moment to unwind. This floor also includes a queen bedroom with a private ensuite bath.

The third-floor tower is truly the crown jewel of the home. Inside, an enclosed sitting area offers a quiet retreat for reading or relaxing, while the outdoor deck delivers refreshing Gulf breezes, partial water views, and elevated sightlines across Seaside’s iconic rooftops—creating the perfect backdrop for unforgettable sunsets.

Tucked within the charming Rosewalk enclave—one of Seaside’s most beloved and historic home neighborhoods, designed by Robert Orr and Melanie Taylor—this home offers a rare combination of privacy, character, and walkability.
