Esta unidad recientemente remodelada de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños en el último piso tiene pisos de madera, electrodomésticos nuevos, granito y baños nuevos. La unidad cuenta con 2 maestros (rey, baño privado) y sala de literas (reina y 3 gemelos), la sala de estar también cuenta con un sofá con cama queen extraíble. 4 televisores de pantalla plana con cable. lavadora y secadora, cocina completa, mesa de billar, secador de guantes / botas, portaesquís, WiFi, chimenea a gas. ¡Todo lo que necesitas para unas excelentes vacaciones en Park City!

** DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL DEL CONDOMINIO **
Ubicada en el casco antiguo de Park City, en los condominios de prospectores, esta unidad ha sido equipada con todos los muebles, ropa de cama y electrodomésticos nuevos. **UBICACIÓN**
Ubicado en el complejo Prospector, estás justo afuera de la parada de autobús de la ciudad que te llevará a los mejores lugares de la ciudad. Las estaciones de esquí se encuentran a solo minutos de distancia con Deer Valley resort y Park City Ski Resort.

**MOVERSE**
No es necesario un automóvil para esta ubicación si va a aprovechar el autobús. El estacionamiento está fuera del condominio si elige traer uno.

Summer Stay / Bring everything you need

We arrived late, and the check in was a bit confusing, because the unit we stayed in was few buildings away from the office, where we had to check in to pick up the keys, but the office street address was not provided. Our party of 6 stayed comfortably in this property. Comfortable beds, however, it was quite hot in one of the rooms. Box fans are available, which helped tremendously. Note that there are two sets of stairs (one inside the building, one inside the unit) to get to the unit, which was hard to bring all luggages in and out. Bare minimal is provided in the bathroom and kitchen. Hotel rooms provide more than this unit's kitchen. Bring everything you need including coffee, salt and pepper shakers, ziplocks etc.. Packing a picnic to enjoy the near by parks and beaches, were quite inconvenient.

Family Ski Trip

The property was clean and a great location. Easy walk to good restaurants. The bus shuttle was right outside our building making the commute to the mountain and downtown PC easy.

Great location!

Prospector is a place we've enjoyed staying a couple different times recently that puts you in a great location close to a lot of fun activities in Park City. It's close to skiing, biking trails, old downtown, and walkable to many activities. The layout of the condo is great, and easily fit our family group of ten with extra space and we weren't on top of each other. Kids enjoyed pool table here, hot tub, and a pool has been available when we've visited in summer.

Top floor was perfect for our family

It is clean and housed 10 of us. Location was near everything! This unit had everything we needed for the trip. The pool table was great entertainment We’d stay here again!

Location, location, location!

Perfect for our Utah ski tour! The free bus was awesome too. Property was perfect, clean, very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals but also plenty of close options to go out.

Great condo

We came out for a ski trip and the condo suited our needs very well. It was in good condition, very well appointed and in a convenient location near town. The owners were helpful and responsive, which was a major bonus - along with the pool table! We will stay here again on our next trip to PC.

Great Location and Space

We had a great stay as property is more than enough for 5 people. Kitchen is well accommodated and easy walk upstairs to the condo. Didn't use the hot tub or pool during our visit but looked nice as we walked by. Bus to PC resort is exceedingly convenient.

Stairs were an issue.

The unit itself suited our needs with space, bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is nice sized and well stocked with necessities. What is not mentioned in the top floor description is that there are two flights of stairs to get to the living quarters. This became exhausting for all of us to make multiple trips in and out as we had a lot of activities planned. We also had an infant with us so even more exhausting to make the trips up and down the stairs. The host Matthew was very accommodating and took care of some concerns as quickly as possible.

Good

The condo was pretty nice. It was advertised as a 2 master bedroom condo, but it wasn't really. One room was definitely a master, the other was tiny. It did have a bathroom in it, but the closet wasn't big enough to hold one person's clothing for a week, and there was no dresser. It was cramped bc the bed was a king. But it was so close to the wall that whoever slept on that side, had to walk sideways to get to and from the bed. The spare bed in the 3rd room was covered in ??, looks like something had fallen out of a covered area above it. So we had to wash the bedding before anyone could sleep in it.

Perfect location - lots of space

This property was perfectly located in town close to skiing, restaurants, grocery, etc. We had plenty of space to spread out, and loved having separate rooms and baths for everyone. The pool table was an added bonus! Furnishings were comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay, too!

Condo review

Updated, roomy, great location. We had six guests, each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Condo is an older Bldg. a bit noisy hearing everyone come and go in hallways. I had an early checkin arranged and confirmed via Luke. Went to check in and the front desk said I did not have an early check in. Showed her the email confirming such but we still had to call Luke. A bit annoying. They gave us two keys for six people. I asked for a few more and they were very hesitant to provide extra keys. They only provided two very small rolls of paper towels, two dishwasher packets for two loads, no real cleaning or wiping supplies, one laundry packet for one load, no hand soap or dishwashing soap in the kitchen and half empty hand soap in the bathrooms. For over $1,000 a night I was hoping the Condo would provide a few basic items.

Space to spread out, great location

Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the location. Close to the Rail Trail so we enjoyed many walks, even a generous walk up to Main Street. The condo was furnished with everything we might have needed during our staycation. Host provided all info needed for easy check in/out. Had a great time!

Great Rental

Christmas Ski Vacation

We had a fabulous time skiing with our family and friends and staying at this property. We found the check-in process reallly easy. The bus system is Free and pickup/drop-off locations right outside the apartments/condo. The only downside is we wish the hot tub was closer so we put the Dads on a mission to walk the kids one block to the hot tub. Moms stays back to sit by the fire inside the condo. Cut kitchen, bedding decor. The kids room has a trundle under the bunk bed plus another single bunk bed so our 2 families kids could all share one room while the two sets of parents each had their own Master King bedroom. 3 separate bathrooms were nice to have too when sharing with two families. Loved the snow and Park City and Canyons for skiing. Thank you for delivering the K-cups (as it was out when we arrived) we parents like to stay caffeinated while skiing - a special delivery was made to deliver Kcups to our room. Thank you!

Great location

Property was in a great location - convenient to bus stop and within walking distance to local food and beverage, and was VERY clean upon arrival. Condo was well stocked with plenty of linens, cookware and even some various spices and condiments. Coffee maker is a Keurig. Would recommend downloading white noise app, or bringing sound machine as you can hear everything from every room in condo. Hardwood floors are beautiful but carry sound throughout, and with pool table there is ALOT of noise when kids are in sight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

I hope this isn’t totally misleading but i certainly want to submit a glowing review. The misleading part- i originally booked this property for a surprise 40th birthday trip for my husband. When i went to remit the second of the two payments, there was an error. I contacted VRBO, they weren’t sure of the cause. I then reached out to Luke, the property manager. He told me it looked as though VRBO had double booked the property. BUT he assured me not that worry. If i was open he had other properties in park city. Within minutes Luke emailed me 4 GORGEOUS additional listings. So while we ended not staying in this exact property we remained with Luke and Park City Host who were nothing short of fantastic! The property was exactly to the photos but better! Spacious, clean, stocked with the necessary essentials. The TV was acting goofy and Luke car over to fix the issue. This was just too notch service in every way. And the views...i didn’t want to leave. Highly highly recommend this host and ANY property they manage! *the bottle of wine and handwritten note were just the absolute perfect touch! Thank you and cheers!
