Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice place slept all 8 of us comfortably. Place was very well kept and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances which was perfect for staying in and cooking most nights.

Lovely home and location!

This home was perfectly located within the vicinity of all Ocean City has to offer!! The pool on site was clean and accessible. The residents were friendly. Vacasa unfortunately didn’t rectify a couple of cleaning items that needed to be addressed but not a deal breaker. A couple items of note from us, as a family with children from 17 months to 12 years old: the slip resistant coating within the pool is really rough and water shoes would have prevented some foot sores, there are no beach accessories or equipment on site so bring your own, and no crib offered so bring your pack and play for littles. But I would absolutely book this site again for a future visit to Ocean City!

Lovely and spacious

The condo comfortably fit 8 people. It was beautifully decorated and nicely stocked with all necessities. The condo comes with access to a large pool.

The condo was just perfect for our needs. We had 5 grown ups/college age included. The condo was very clean with nice size rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple dinners in. Living room space was very comfortable and nice size! Master bath was a great size with the double sinks. Condo had some games there which was nice as we forgot ours. Having a pool was an added bonus over previous rentals. Overall a very nice place! Would rent again!

This was our 4th time staying at Tritons Trumpet. This one was the least nice of the others. General condo amenities were ok but unit was little run down and had some issues that need to be addressed among other things. The units are in a good area, convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc.

The initial greeting at Vantage Realty was rather unwelcoming. The young girl handing out keys seemed unwilling to provide much info and was bordering on rude. We had difficulty finding the place because she did not explain where it was located. Once there we found the condo to be lovely and quite comfortable. It was in a good location with easy access to everything. The beach was beautiful. Definitely worth the money.

Filthy Condo

When my son showed me this condo he was thinking about renting for our week vacation, I thought it looked pretty nice. We arrive a hour early and when he picked up the keys they told them he could go in but they had until 7:00 to clean it,, I found that strange, the last thing we want is cleaning people in the condo. As soon as I walked in I knew it was filthy, there was a bag of soiled linden in the one bedroom, when I looked into the bathrooms there was a strip of paper over the toilet to make it look like they cleaned. A few minutes later 3 cleaning ladies showed up, I asked them if it was cleaned, they said they did not know, really strange, I said can you get me some floor cleaner I'll clean it, they told me they don't use it. Well they got their bag of linens and left, had to buy cleaning supplies and spend hours cleaning this filthy condo, we moved the sofa and so much dirt, food, and actually things under I don't even want to mention, this condo had not been cleaned properly in years, the lamp shades alone were filled with dust, baseboards, ect. I met some nice people at the pool that were owners on condo 's there and said people in the past had complain about the same condo. One woman told me when they do go in they are in and out in 15 minutes??? The owners need to do something about this, it's not fair for renters to spend what we spend on the condo and spend a day cleaning and having to buy cleaning supplies.

The place itself was lovely. The bedrooms were clean and it suited our purposes perfectly. The issue is that the master shower floor had a crack in it and it took 4 days for Vantage to do anything about it. We called three times and talked to three different people until finally someone came to fix it. It took 10 minutes. Each time we spoke to a representative they stated that someone would be out that day and that was not accurate. They also said they would have a manager call us and that still has not happened. We could have booked a cheaper place with three bedrooms and one bath. Everyone we spoke to made it seem like we were asking too much to get what we paid for. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

4th of July at Ocean City

We had an excellent stay at Triton's Trumpet. The weather was great. The only rain we had was on the last full day and that did not happen until the afternoon. The 4th of July fireworks were great. This condo was on the top floor and it was great to have the power awning to shade the deck. B W.

Fit my family well!
