LIMPIAR; bellamente decorada; condominio con un balcón cubierto de 400 pies cuadrados; con vistas al océano, la bahía y el horizonte; No querrás salir de este balcón !!!

La piscina al aire libre se encuentra en la bahía en nuestra propia península cubierta de hierba privada y ofrece una caseta de piscina con baños y un área de parrilla con una parrilla Weber para su uso. Hay mesas y sillas si elige cenar al aire libre y tumbonas para relajarse en la piscina.

La piscina cubierta, que ofrece diversión durante todo el año y en los días lluviosos de verano, está bellamente decorada con un piso de baldosas de cerámica, murales, muchos asientos, 2 balcones y se encuentra en el primer piso.

Cocina: te encantará el plano de planta abierto con una gran cocina de diseño con una barra con capacidad para cuatro y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis. Misleading listing, hidden fees, dirty unit. The property leaves a lot to be desired. Reasons for a 2-star review…Access issues:The check-in instructions were missing the final step to open the lock the door. Took over 15 mins to get into unit. The wi-fi password listed/provided is incorrect.Cleanliness: large yellow stain on queen mattress, what appeared to be blood stains on blanket in bunk room, left over food in fridge, crumbs on living room floor, dust/dead bugs/tags from prior guests under beds, dirt and mold covering half of the balcony (even sweeping would make a huge difference) but power wash would go a long way. Host shared that there is liquid soap in the bathrooms, but this has been watered down.You will be asked to run the dishwasher before you leave albeit without dishwasher pods. Made me question if any of the dishes in the kitchen were actually clean and usable. Misleading listing…This is a very bare bones rental and inconvenient for a quick visit. Linens are not provided. You have to bring your own sheets and towels. All basic cleaning products and supplies not included. Dish soap, dish washer pods, laundry pods, TOILET PAPER, paper towels, etc. absolutely nothing included. bring EVERYTHING with you or rent for an additional fee…

We were looking for a location that could accommodate my wife, our two daughters, and their children. This location met our needs perfectly. It was a short walk from the beach. There was plenty of space. We used the kitchen to cook some of our meals and were all able to sit together. My wife and I had a room to ourselves and each daughter had a room with their children. The best part about this location is probably the wrapped balcony/patio. You can see the ocean from one side, and the bay from the other side. This is definitely a place we would like to stay again in the future.

Location was great. The inside and outside pools were nice. We had a problem with two of the tvs and the couple pans that we had to wash before using. The owner sends a lot of paperwork make sure you read all of it.

Location is close to beach and shops. Condo is perfect size for our family and view of ocean and bay is amazing. The grand kids always look forward to coming down to OCMD.

Great getaway.

This is our second time staying at this condo. It is a very nice condo and the location is also great. I love the huge balcony. We can see the bay and sunset; and also see the ocean. Very nice place to stay.

Everything you could want or need

Location is great and the property has excellent amenities. Our kids loved both pools, the condo is very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, and the spaces are well utilized. Our family reads a lot, and we were delighted to find so many lamps- many rental spaces have none. The balconies are great- lovely comfortable furniture and such nice views. Couldn't have asked for a better beach vacation spot for a family.

Great location

This property is a great location for views and amenities offering indoor and outdoor pools. Walking distance to the well known Seacrets as well as the convention center if you are on vacation for an event. I look forward to our stay here every year.

Pleased yet some disappointments

Had a great time at this location with our daughters and grandkids. Condo fit 8 of us very comfortably. Location was great with a lovely view of the bay. We could even see some of the ocean too. The disappointing thing was we paid an extra $125 (not in the price) for cleaning and had to bring all our own linens (and towels) and make all the beds when we got there. After a long drive to get there, the last thing I want to do was make all the beds. Just be prepared to bring everything, as there wasn’t even a trash beg in the trash can! Other then that it was great!

It was perfect for our family of 10. Everyone was comfortable. You had view of bay and ocean. Close to bus stop and shops. Will ne going back next year. Grand kods are excited

Not the best

The location was great. We have stayed in the same place but different floor. The TV in the master room wasn’t working, and there were little ants everywhere. I re-cleaned and used spray on counters and everything. At the end of our stay I messaged Barbara but have no idea if she received the message as she never responded back. When we left there were still ants so I hope she took care of it before other families arrived. The shower in the one bathroom wasn’t working correctly and sprayed everywhere. The keys didn’t work right for the pool area either so we had to get the code from another person staying there to get in. So we made the best of our stay and glad we were only there for a short time.

Everything imaginable!

This was our third Labor Day weekend at this property. Had a fantastic time with the family. Location is fantastic. Sat out on the large deck and enjoyed looking at the bay and the town. Made use out of both indoor and outdoor pools. Short walk to the beach. Perfect weekend!

Great Place!!

Stayed at this Bella Vista until for 3 nights in August 2023. The location was great...close to Seacrets for those that wanted adult fun and Dumster's and mini golf for the younger ones. Short walk to the beach. View of the bay is beautiful and can see the ocean too. Layout of the unit was roomy and 3 bathrooms, all with nice size vanities, was big plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time!

This location is perfect. The ocean is beautiful of course but the bay view and location is where it's at. The picture of the balcony view just does not do it justice. And the condo itself is also great. It was a group of 8 of us and it was spacious and comfortable. We don't know when we'll be back but we immediately said we would choose this condo again in the future!

OCMD 2023

I was very happy with the property. It's a great location, we parked our cars and didn't use them the rest of the week. Can't beat using the bus. It was a short walk to the beach. We had fantastic views from the balcony, loved sitting out there with the furniture provided. The new flooring was beautiful in the main living area. Everything was clean when we got there. The pool out by the bay was great too. Having a bathroom there instead of having to go back to the condo every time was convenient too. Would stay at this condo again.

stunning views from this midtown condo!

A beautiful condo that needs some TLC. The views of the bay and the ocean were breathtaking from the balcony of the condo. Owner was easy to work with. We had a little trouble unlocking and locking the door. Once we knew how to do it, it was easy. More kitchen or should I say more updated kitchen amenities would be appreciate it like a Keurig, a new toaster oven, new pots, and pans things like that I know the owner is in the process of renovating and painting the condo and either removing the carpet or getting new carpet. me personally, I like a place with no carpeting easier to clean and keep clean.

SCAM - With Spectacular Virw

If you are torn between two or three properties with similar price ranges, Please pick the other property. This one definetly delivers on location and space but the experience with the owner may ruin your trip. The location and view are amazing!!! The Owner is a scandalous, greedy liar with poor customer service and poor communication skills. Day of self-check in I messaged her with questions and concerns(including photos of broken items) and received no response for 14hrs. Basic information was not provided making getting settled frustrating. Pros = Location Views, Views, Views Outdoor pool Wrap around deck Large rooms Cons = Additional fees Ripped couch covers, old furniture, worn carpet. Indoor pool out of service. Dated televisions in every room Outlets = Poor access or not working Owner is a shady con artist illegally charging additional fees. Do NOT leave the cleaning fee VRBO PROHIBITS additional payments outside the app and will not assist in retrieving any money paid outside the app. Refundable deposit = SCAM ALERT!! she has no intention on returning your deposit althoughit it is listed in the renatal agreement as refundable. No one was there when we checked in or checked out. She will attempt to keep your deposit by blaming you for already damaged property so take Pllenty of pictures the day you arrive or demand she (not the cleaning lady) is there to walk the property with you. Very, very poor customer service. She Did not communicate check in or parking information ahead of trip. I had to request while in route. Be prepared to drive 10-15mins past the property to print your parking pass at staples after you arrive or risk getting towed. Broken /damaged items (curtains, sliding doors, shaky bunk beds). Some type of damages in every room. POOR backed up PLUMBING in two of three bathrooms. Overall the property, size, location and nearby activities make this a great place. The poor ethics of the owner, dated furniture, poor plumbing, false advertisement regarding refundable deposit and hidden additional cash fees outside the app make it a nightmare. Unless you want to stand in backed up tub water hoping to get assistance from the owner(who is unavailable) I say pick another property. If you pick this property come knowing you will get poor customer service and you will not get your deposit back without a legal battle. Good luck. Hopefully your experience is better than mine was.

My husband Jeff and I have been married for over 30 years and we actually spent our honeymoon in Ocean City Maryland!
We currently live in Hershey PA, where we spent the past fourteen years together raising our five children; two boys age 27 and 23; and a set of triplets, 2 boys and a girl age 21. Prior to living in Hershey we resided in Smithsburg, Maryland for ten years but we are both originally from Pennsylvania. Our children are all still graduate students or undergrads except for our oldest who is married. Life is very busy with both of us working and visiting the kids at school but we could not be more blessed!

We had been looking for a vacation home for four years but could never find something that really jumped out at us. We would go from the Jersey shores to Maryland looking for something that we 'just had to have' weighing all the options such as; beachfront, bayside, downtown, midtown, with a pool, without a pool, highrise, new construction..... Truly we drove ourselves and the realtor half crazy before we could decide......Until we found this!
Well, we feel (and we think that you will agree) that we found ourselves a SLAM DUNK! This place has it all. We love: the floor plan; the location (walk to restaurants, the beach & Seacrets); the balcony (I wanted the whole family to be able to be out together all at the same time); the views (the bay, the ocean, the skyline); having both an indoor & outdoor pool; and our private little bay beach (we love walking out into the bay and digging for clams). All of this coupled with the long family history with Ocean City

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location is midtown, 2 blocks to the convention center with indoor and outdoor pools and ocean and bay views. We can walk to Seacrets, the convention center and the beach. Ocean City hosts a St. Patricks Day parade each year which passes in front of our condo. and ends with a huge celebration held in the lot beside us. We are told it is a fun time for all - Irish or not.
