There's Room for Everyone at Time-N-Tide 7! Our building is located at the quiet end of the boardwalk in Ocean City, just steps from the beach. Inside, this home has three TVs and two DVD players, and each of the three bedrooms is well-appointed with comfortable sleeping accommodations. Each bath has a tub and a shower.
The full kitchen is appointed with all the small and major appliances you need to prepare wonderful meals and the dining table has enough seats for up to six guests. After your meal, let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty dishes and head out to the private balcony off the kitchen. The condo has an unobstructed southern exposure with a glimpse of the ocean. The beach is 100 yards from the door and the complex has a pool and a large play area for the kids There is an outdoor shower and assigned on-site parking, so you'll have all the comfort and convenience you deserve during your stay!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
