Oceans Mist offers large luxury oceanfront units that overlook the beach and boardwalk. The 2,200-square-foot home is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and central air. Three living room sofa beds (one queen, and two twin sizes) provide added comfort. When you're not out on the beach, kick back in the living room to watch your favorite movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV. The private balcony is a great place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Things to Know
There is a storage shed outside of the property entrance for guests to store their beach items.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Can't Wait to Return

This was the perfect spot. The home was clean, beautiful and roomy. Our family had an amazing time. The location to the boardwalk and beach was absolute perfect. We especially loved the large balcony the entire family could sit out at the same time.

Beautiful Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay very much it was an absolutely beautiful location the decorations were very pretty the beds were comfortable. The slider on the owners bedroom leading to the balcony was stuck that needs to be replaced or oiled but other than that the condo was absolutely beautiful, we plan on returning and would recommend this place anyone.

Beautiful large condo right on boardwalk

Beautiful large condo with nice size 3 bedrooms. Master & living room has beautiful beach & ocean view. Awesome location on boardwalk. It’s on top floor so didn’t notice any boardwalk noise. Quite convenient two dedicated parking spots right in front of the building. We will certainly come back in future. Thank you for the hospitality.

Fun Family Vacation

The property was as described and right on the boardwalk. The rooms are spacious and kitchen is fully stocked. Each room having a bathroom was very helpful. We were not really impressed by the mattresses in the bedroom. Felt like old mattresses with no support. So this is definitely a 4 star property and could be 5 star with the mattress upgrade.

Need to fix the sliding doors as mentioned by other guests as they are extremely hard to open and close. The screen doors just falls out.

Would definitley book and stay here again!!!

Our only real complaint was that the patio door in the master didn't close nicely and the screen doors didn't work. Other than that everything was great!! The kitchen was decently stocked to cook what we wanted to do. The view and location were perfect!!! This was a great place to be on the boardwalk. We were traveling with kids ages 2-14 and it was a great location to get on and off the beach easily. There was a beach cart in the storage closet that was helpful to get stuff to the beach too. The living space was large enough for the kids to play without worrying or having them in the way. The dining table had enough chairs for everyone so we could have a couple meals together there. We appreciated the assigned parking so we didn't have to worry about leaving to go places and having a spot. Any questions we did have they were super quick to respond and the texting option was fantastic (its way easier with kids running around). We also appreciated that the check out procedure was easy and minimal so we could focus on having fun and getting kids packed. We loved the space and would rent again... we're thinking a week next year!

Second stay but sadly the last

I love the location and layout of this home. The first time we stayed here we didn't have any complaints. This time the place was not cleaned before we arrived. There were still dishes in the dishwasher from the previous renters, dirty ice cube trays were left in the sink, there was a layer of dust on the counters, but the one thing we couldn't live with and called about was the mold in the master shower. They came out and cleaned it. There were some other things that ranged from inconvenient to an annoyance. The TV in the living room had a bad connection so we couldn't stream shows and had to use the smaller TVs in the rooms. The remote control had two buttons that were gone so you couldn't use it. Light bulbs were burned out. We stayed here in the middle of winter so I'm thinking maybe the place never got cleaned after the last guests but it was quite awhile ago, so maybe the cleaning company thought that it had. The buildup of mold in the shower would take more than a few weeks to build up that bad.

The condo was a great location and very nice. Except the sliding door from Living Room to balcony would not open. It took our husbands to get the door open. Vacasa did nothing about it except give Lip Service! It was on line about this same complaint before we left on our vacation and Vacasa Maintenance Team said they were working on it. More Lip Service. The one bedroom's TV did not work which was a problem for my friends who desire a TV on all night. Also Vacasa advised we would receive 10 sets of towels and we checked in on a Friday and only 6 sets were there. It took 4 different contacts and on late Saturday afternoon we received the rest of the towels. A lot of lip service again.

It was a nice condo,but many things were wrong. The refrigerator and freezer were not working. We had to put our cold food in the freezer to try to keep things cold. The sliding glass door in living room was off the track and was open when we got there. The guys tried to fix it from our family and they got it closed. But then it wasn't able to be used because it was off the track.. I called Vacas numerous times on Saturday and Sunday and emailed them too. I got no help from them. Then on Monday I drove down to the office. I talked with Dana and she was going to take care of adjusting our bill. Also the storm protection cover for the sliding door in the master bedroom was off and laying on balcony and there were sharp edges around the metal of it so we had to really watch our grandchildren around it. The laundry was still sitting out by the front door from the quest before us. This unit needs alot of work. Our shower head in master 🛁, it was filthy either mold or dirt. I sent a picture of it to Dana. Then on Monday i came back from talking to Dana at the Vacasa office a day i was locked out of our unit.. Someone changed our pin number to get into our condo, so my husband and i had to stay back in the morning from breakfast and the beach until Someone came and reset the keypad for us. I disappointed with this rental. We have stayed at this condo unit in another condo before several times. I am hoping we get accommodated for all of the hassels.

2022 OCMD

Our family usually stays in a condo on the Boardwalk at 12th street. We planned our vacation there again this July 4th, but two weeks before our trip, the condo owners sold the condo. We were devastated. Vacasa sent us a new list of places, all offered at the same price as the 12th street condo. Reluctantly, we picked Oceans Mist 501. It is now our new favorite vacation condo! The location is spectacular! And having 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom was a step up for us. The only reason I rated this a 4 star is because we had 2 double beds in the third bedroom of our 12th St Condo and there were only 2 singles in this location, causing one couple to be short of a real bed. And…the sliding door to the balcony from the livingroom required Herculean strength to slide open. 3 days before the end of our vacation it jammed shut completely, requiring us to access the balconey through the master bedroom. But once there, the view was stunning! We definitely recommend Oceans Mist 501 to anyone planning a visit to Ocean City MD!!
