On request childcare equipment can be provided, free of charge : travel cot, high chair, baby bath, potty, WC reducer.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant during the stay and the accommodation must be returned tidy and cleaned upon departure.

A cleaning option at the end of the stay can be offered on request (to be confirmed when booking) for a price of 70 euros to be paid on the day of arrival (proof of payment will be provided).

For information, we live upstairs, we can be available to inform you if necessary and will be discreet to preserve the tranquility of your stay

Biscarrosse is a dynamic city which offers many activities and entertainment throughout the bathing season:

- at Lac Nord (lake of Biscarrosse-Cazaux-Sanguinet) with its beaches and pine forest - ideal with children because it is freshwater and shallow the shore - Aquapark - pedal boats - paddles - kitesurfing - sailing - restaurants : 15 min on foot, 2 min by car or bike

- at the Ocean - Biscarosse Plage with its fine sandy beach, its beautiful waves to surf, its shops, its market and its restaurants: 10 min by car, 30 min by bike via cycle path

- in Biscarrosse Bourg its market and its shops : 15 min by car, 30 min by bike by cycle path

- at Lac Sud (Biscarrosse-Parentis lake) with its seaplanes : 20 min by car, 30 min by bike via cycle path

The departures for the cycle paths and the Biscabus Shuttle to the beach and the town are located at the entrance to the Domaine du Golf.

Out of season you can enjoy the mild ocean climate, walks on the beach or on the shores of the lakes, bike rides, the tranquility of walks in the forest for a relaxing stay.
