Looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting your children at Miami University? This nearly 3 acre property is .8 miles from Oxford Kroger.
If you like to sit back in the country and get away, this may be the place for you.
If you ever wanted to play with baby goats, this may be the place for you.
If you like a resident cat to curl up in your bed, this may be the place for you.
If you like farm fresh eggs in the morning, this may be your place.

GUESTS MUST BE PET-FRIENDLY - a cat, bearded dragon, fish, chickens, and goats will remain on the property during your stay.
House is currently undergoing minor renovations and is priced accordingly due to this. Not ideal for young children due to what may be going on at the time of your stay - feel free to ask for details but typically trim, crown moulding, etc.
NOTES: If we have had heavy rain it does get muddy if you choose to take walks in the woods or visit with the animal residents. Do not enter or open the pens. Someone will come on the property to tend to the outside animals once a day. Absolutely NO parties or additional guests other than booking! No outside camping.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Purchased in 2018 as a complete remodel, a lot has been done, there is still plenty more to go. All new paint and floors through out every room. Working on trim, stairs, furniture and the finishing touches that make it a home. It is a mile from town/campus and great for families coming to visit without living in the actual town. This is rural and great for the farm lover. You will have fresh eggs from the ladies for green eggs (yes green) and ham. You will have woods and yard if you want to play.
