Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 32 m², equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower). We are waiting for you!
The housing is composed as follows:

- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200) with adjoining bathroom with shower and double sink, towel dryer
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with adjoining bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- A separate toilet

- A balcony of 2.5 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The apartment is ideally located in Annecy, in a very pleasant environment, close to both the old town and the lake. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
