Great stay. Just a short walk from the beach and nice pool that we had mostly to ourselves. Condo had everything you needed to visit the beach so we didn't have to bring any of our beach gear with us. Loved the puzzles! Thanks!

Great Property near the Siesta Beach

Family had a great time staying at this property. Basically brand new inside after renovations following hurricane. Clean and well appointed. Easy walk to beach. Had a hiccup beyond owner's control that she let us know about in advance so communication was excellent. Communication was also quick as I had a couple of questions and the responses were very timely.We would definitely be wiling to stay at this property in the future!!!

Great location and beautiful place to stay! Easy beach access! The cooler and wagon with beach toys provided in the rental was great as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Space

What a lovely townhome. Everything was perfect, each and every detail was attended to. The house is equipped to meet all your needs and is excellent proximity to the beach. Varinia was quick to respond with any question we had., but honestly it was a flawless experience. Hoping to return soon!

Sister’s getaway

The property was super clean and very well appointed. The beach amenities were amazing…. Including Tupperware. My sister an I had amazing lunches on the beach.. never have I rented where Tupperware was available to bring our own lunches to the beach!!The property is conveniently located to so many things! The private beach access is such a plus!!Varinia was very responsive and helpful during our stay. My sister and I will be back!!

Updated 2 bedroom 3bath condo only a 1min walk to the beach! Perfect for a family who wants to use a pool and go the ocean and beach. Clean, all the amenities you need for a great stay. Parking right in front of the unit. Would definitely recommend

Clean, Comfortable, Amazing Location!

The property was immaculate when we came, which always makes you feel comfortable. The beds and sofa are very comfortable as well- super important! Steps from the beach and minutes drive away from everything you need, this was a great little getaway retreat. Varinia responds quickly and attentively.

Beware Construction!

The townhouse itself is very nice, but we were not forewarned that there would be construction going on on our front porch starting at 8 am every day, even on the weekend. The entire complex is pretty much under construction, so it is very loud and there are construction vehicles and construction workers all around.

Wonderful stay

Townhouse is beautiful, just steps to the beach. Amazing host, great location! Minor inconvenience of lots of construction in front of buildings, kinda loud and lots of construction vehicles.

Great unit and location

Wonderful property just a short walk to the beach. Parking was easy, right behind the unit. Varinia was a great host and responded quickly. Great place to go with great private beach access and outside of the hustle and bustle of the bigger resorts. Would highly recommend

Beautiful beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in siesta key. The condo was clean and very well stocked with any extras a person might need like towels, dishwasher tablets, detergent, etc. it was also on the ground floor which was very convenient for unloading and loading the car. I was disappointed that we could not see the ocean from the condo. I thought I had filtered beachfront and oceanfront properties when we booked but maybe I didn’t. It was a very short walk to the beach. I was just hoping to soak in as much of the ocean as I could. We still had a great time and loved our time on the beach.

THE BEST GIRLS TRIP

We rented this property for a 40th birthday trip. The location is close to everything and Varinia has everything in this condo that you would need for the beach! The place was spotless and communication was excellent with the host. We want to come back next year!

The property location was excellent. The condo was clean. I wish it had views of the beach and a more private outdoor space. Some cleaning supplies would have been helpful and we had some trouble with the outlets. Plugs would not always stay in the wall. The condo was decorated really cute, the beds and linens were clean and comfy

Siesta Key Paradise

The location cannot be beat and having chairs and an umbrella for the beach was wonderful. The Condo was clean and having a washer/dryer on site was a bonus. The shower in the Primary Bedroom is quite small but having three full bathrooms made up for this. The kitchen has salt and pepper and just a couple spices, but nothing else including foil/plastic wrap or cooking spray so be prepared. Would absolutely visit here again.

Good beach vacation location

Family of 5. Accurate description of spaces/rooms, but as with many properties, appeared more spacious in photos. Three (3) baths!!—-a rare find, great perk for privacy. Medium firm, nice mattresses and liked use of duvets. Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, drip coffee pot and filters. Short walk to beautiful beach with chairs (and beach wagon with toys if needed). As with many beaches, go early if you want provided lounge chairs. Hose right outside door to clean off feet/sand—convenient. Numbers for free transportation—no answer. Trolley too infrequent to be convenient. Walking would work, if lots of time. We drove (~1.5 miles) to Siesta village where most island restaurants are located. Bikes or golf cart (did not rent) might have been more convenient but weather was chilly/rainy most days. Would def stay again for more of a beach vacation, but bring groceries to limit trips to village. Dacquiri Deck for drinks! One reserved parking spot and another appears assigned but is first come, first serve, leaving limited 2nd car parking unless parked and not moved for duration.

I’ve lived in Siesta Key since 1991 and love it here. Everyone should experience why our White quartz beaches are ranked US #1 beaches of multiple occasions. I have 3 grown sons, and semi-retired from the practice of law. I owned my law firm in Sarasota since 2002.

I manage my own properties, so you are getting one on one attention. Because I manage my own properties, I often visit the condos to insure everything is in order and I immediately fix anything the guests may notice is broken or breaks during their stay. It really is important to me that you enjoy your vacation and the place where you stay can make all the difference. So I strive to make that difference.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I also own 302 (VRBO #853790) and 313 (VRBO # 809819, exactly next door) and this unit and those are perfect for group or multiple family getaways because you can be in your own townhome (not big buildings with elevators and lobbies) and every one can be very close by and use the same private beach with the chairs already at the beach for your convenience. The private beach is only about a 100 yard walk to the gate. No crossing streets or having to drive.

So close to beach with out paying beach front prices, new, clean, comfortable. A day at the beach should truly be a day at the beach! This townhouse will allow you and your loved ones a perfect vacation. See reviews at the other 2 properties, and you’ll see I consistently get 5 stars in all my properties. I manage my own properties, so you are getting special treatment and so are the condos.
