This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit is situated in a freestanding building. This privately-owned building consists of two freestanding buildings with three units on the whole property. It is the back unit in the building and has two wonderful decks with views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. One deck is off of the dining room and the second balcony is off of the loft area. In the photo, it is the smaller white deck on the left (north) side of the building. (It is not the larger deck). Please check out the photos and you will see a green arrow pointing to the deck for this unit.

The garage and private laundry are on the first floor, with living areas on the upper two floors. The home has two bedrooms and three full bathrooms; one off of the hallway of bedroom one, one off of the main living room and an en suite off of the main bedroom.

The living room has a pullout sofa sleeper and a full bathroom attached for ultimate privacy. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and access to a full bathroom with a tub. There is a sofa sleeper in the living area and a full bathroom with walk-in shower off of the living room. The main bedroom upstairs has a walk-in closet large enough for a pack'n'play or twin airbed. The main bedroom has a double vanity and a separate room with toilet and walk-in dual headed shower. In addition, there is a desk for at home learning and people who work from home. In addition, there is a second TV room upstairs in the loft area off of the main bedroom. The loft area has a twin daybed with twin trundle.

There is a beach area in front of the building to enjoy. The private beach access leads you to the the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We are a family friendly property and have a pack 'n play, highchair, baby gates and dishes/cups/spoons that for use at your own risk. No need to make travel more complicated when traveling with children! We provide these items for use at your own risk and assume no liability. In addition, we also provide beach chairs with cart, small cooler, umbrella, Turkish beach towels, wagon and games.

Pets will be reviewed on a case by case basis. No cats please, as I am allergic. There will a $300 security deposit and a $50/night fee that will be added to the nightly rate if a pet is included in the rental.
