River front! Newly remodeled, beautiful river front cabin with the blue-ribbon trout stream, the Gallatin River, running through the property. 3 bedrooms; sleeps 8. Huge new wrap-around upper deck over looking the river for bbq’ing, outdoor dining and hanging out by the fire with friends/family. New lower deck on the river for fishing and lounging.

Amazing activities nearby: hiking, river rafting and fishing. Activities just a close drive: skiing/ snowboarding, snowmobiling, dog sledding, wild life viewing, hunting, golf, etc. Year-round access to West Yellowstone!

Family oasis with two living rooms including a full game room with air hockey and shuffle board. Puzzles and games available. Master bedroom (king) with master bathroom on main floor with guest room (queen) and bunk bedroom (2 x twin over full bunk beds) downstairs. New wood sauna to relax after a long day of activities. WiFi, smart TVs and satellite calling included.

Located between Bozeman and Big Sky.

Great experience!

We had a delightful stay in this lovely home on the Gallatin River for a month. The host and property manager initiated great communication, checked in to see if we needed anything, were responsive and easy to work with. The location is great - private, but close to Bozeman and Big Sky Resort. Highly recommend!

Amazing place

This was the perfect place to rent for a quick ski trip Loved waking up with the river view and the house had everything we needed and more ! Loved the sauna Will definitely return during the summer ! Perfectly decorated And everything was amazing quality

Girls weekend

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was amazing and we enjoyed every minute of it. We took advantage of the fireplace and the beautiful view of the river. It was conveniently close to big sky where some went skiing and Bozeman where we enjoyed the hot springs and amazing restaurants. The house was well stocked and we took advantage of the kitchen while we were there. And last of all the sauna was perfect on the cold nights. All in all an amazing stay.

The place was exactly as described. The beds were big and comfortable. The sauna was a nice touch. The host was accommodating. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home, well stocked with a perfect location between Bozeman and Big Sky. The house has everything you would need from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the running river right out back complete with searing areas and a fire pit. A lovely master bedroom is on the main floor with an additional full bath and downstairs has a small guest bedroom, large bunk room, game room and bathroom. We were comfortable with 7 people. We intended on spending most of our time in Bozeman but this location allowed us to spread our wings and venture into Yellowstone and Big Sky as well with only 30mins into Bozeman. The property manager was also very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Wonderful Family Holiday

My family and my brothers family rented the Gallatin Getaway house for a short winter holiday in Big Sky. The house was beautiful & comfortable for us all. The location was perfect for getting to Big Sky. We couldn’t get over the beauty of the surroundings. We so enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Memory making home for your family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the river front cabin. The game room with shuffle board & an air hockey table kept the grandkids entertained and the sauna helped the adults relax. The home is well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy dinners together. The care takers are nearby, friendly and available if help is needed. We hope to return and make our visit an annual event.

Another beautiful family getaway. Amy is great to work with and her place is wonderful. Views are amazing, home is clean and comfortable and recent upgrades are fantastic. Really appreciated the addition of a shower in the basement. This was the second time we stayed here and look forward to returning again. Thank you Amy.

Perfect Place for Family

This house is beautiful. Right on the River. Plenty of room and stocked with all you would need. The view off of the upper deck was just as perfect as being right below on the lower deck by the water. Our family will always remember this trip and we would definitely come back again. Don was very attentive and always available. He was awesome!

Family Reunion

Property was clean and well taken care of and location on the Gallatin River with the views of Storm Castle peak lent an air of serenity & peacefulness that all enjoyed! Getting to Big Sky was easy and quick and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of being close to Big Sky but not having to deal with the hustle & bustle of Big Sky. We would rent from Amy again in the future!

Montana slice of heaven!

Amy & Neil's home is amazing. By far the best equipped VRBO I have stayed at. The kitchen is decked out from spices to equipment. Everything a foodie could want in a vacation get away. The river is breath taking and the sauna is a delight. The on-site property manager is very helpful. We will be returning at some point in our vacation travels. Thanks for the memories.

Awesome home and location

Stayed here for a few nights while in the area, what an amazing place. One of the best hangout decks I’ve been to. Add the fire pit and the river and what more could you want? Bald Eagles? Because they were here as well. House was very nice and well done. Good cooking supplies and easy access to big sky and Bozeman. Fishing and hiking. Will for sure stay again.

If you are looking for the perfect getaway with gorgeous scenery then this is the place for you!

The hosts & the property manager were awesome. Any questions I had before my arrival were answered promptly. The host went above and beyond to provide information about places to take the children that only the locals would know about. Thanks to her the children saw an abundance of wildlife & it made their day. My niece caught her first fish here and I don’t know who was more excited, her or the rest of the family. The game room downstairs kept the children busy ( and a few of the adults lol). The property manager lives near by so you won’t be waiting all day for someone to show up in case something goes wrong, but I highly doubt anything will happen because the place is brand new. This home has been remodeled from top to bottom with 2 of the most beautiful decks overlooking the River. Overall, I give Neil & Amy a 10 out of 10 stars. I will bring my family back here to stay again. Thank you for the hospitality that you showed my family, it was greatly appreciated!

Incredible stay!

Our family, including our two furry friends, had a fantastic for our daughter's 14th birthday celebration. Amy, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even allowing us to check in early on Thursday. The waterfront property was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly renovated, with stunning views of the Gallatin River and the mountains. The home was equipped with everything we needed, including multiple TVs, a large kitchen, two fireplaces, comfortable beds, kids' bunk beds, and a playroom complete with air hockey and shuffleboard. The sauna and BBQ grill added extra comfort to our stay. We enjoyed a staycation in the area and made unforgettable memories with our family while feeling far away from home. We would definitely love to return and recommend it highly for anyone who wants to reconnect with their soul. We also want to thank Donney and his wife for their outstanding service. Donney kept the driveways clear of snow, and his wife did an excellent job of preparing the home for our stay. Donney even went out of his way to provide us with more Vino on Saturday night. Thanks, Donney, for making our stay even more enjoyable!

Stay midway between Bozeman and Big Sky and enjoy two incredible decks!

A wonderful property with two great decks to enjoy the Gallatin in summer. New and very well stocked kitchen, so much so that we stayed in for almost all breakfasts and dinners! A little highway noise, but limited when on the river side of the house. very comfortable gathering areas, living room upstairs and play/family room downstairs! Bathroom downstairs with 2 bedrooms but shower upstairs. Would definitely recommend!

Absolute perfection

My fiancé and I invited our immediate family to travel to Gallatin Gateway for our small wedding ceremony and the home and deck on the river was just what we were looking for. River view stunner

What a breathtaking place. Incredible river view. The house was well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was newly remodeled. From what we understand there are more renovations on the way. I highly recommend staying here. We would definitely do it again.
