Located in the secure residence ‘Le Clos de Socorro’, this pretty villa is perfect for a peaceful stay. Enjoy a pleasant east-facing 37 m² terrace, equipped with a dining area, sun loungers and an electric griddle.

- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Air-conditioned bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm).
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds (140 cm below, 90 cm above).
- New bathroom with WC.

- Fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, combined fridge/freezer, toaster, electric coffee maker, SENSEO, kettle, multi-function food processor.
- Multimedia: television set.

The residence has a communal swimming pool (10m x 5m, 1m to 1.70m deep) and is just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Nearby, you'll find water sports, entertainment, restaurants and a Provencal market. The Canal du Midi is ideal for walking and cycling.
