On the ground floor, there is a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed + TV, 1 bedroom (double bed), bathroom with shower and WC; on the upper floor, a loft room with 2 single beds.
Pleasant, fenced south-facing terrace with garden furniture, plancha + electric barbecue, manual awning and a sun lounger. Various equipment such as washing machine, dishwasher, combined microwave/grill, combined fridge/freezer, coffee machine, hoover, toaster, kettle, 2 fans...
Sleeping places: Bedroom 1 ground floor: 1 bed 140/mezzanine/ attic room: 2 beds 90.
A small dog is allowed- 20€/week
CLEANING FEES INCLUDED - parking space in the residence
Rental from Friday to Friday (in July and August)- the rest of the year from Saturday to Saturday
Portiragnes Plage has much to offer as a holiday destination, the beach is totally unspoilt and has all the water sports available. During the season there are many activities organised for the children and entertainment most evenings in the square. This residence is close to all the shops and restaurants and is a good choice for a family holiday.
