Remodeled downstairs studio apartment with a nice size porch to sit on and a back yard that leads right to the St. Lawrence River. This rental is less than a five minute walk to downtown Alexandria Bay! Your finest restaurants, shops, night entertainment etc. One door down is JP’s Marine that offers boat rentals, a fully stocked ship store with all your boating and non boating needs including ice, beer, soda, water, Hershey's Ice Cream and other snack items.

Great stay on the river.

This is a very nice property. A 5-minute walk to anywhere you want to go in the village. Very good restaurants and shops are just around the corner. Communication with Pam the property owner is excellent.

Was very pleased with the location and convenience to all the amenities.We enjoyed morning walks to the coffee shop, enjoyed restaurants and the local gift stores and fishing off the docksWe rented a pontoon boat for a full day from Mac,s boat rental and cruise around the islands and visited Boldt Castle The owner was super friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend to anyone

Charming, clean, and close to everything!

Fantastic place to stay just outside of the main attractions...we parked our car when we got there, and walked everywhere we wanted to go, and we are seniors. Awsome host...Thanks so much Pam! Place was soooo clean, smelled wonderful, enjoyed the country charm, and had all we needed to feel at home! We would definately look to stay here again

Property has a great location, convenient parking and was plenty spacious for the two of us. The bathroom needs upgrades, Shower and toilet for those individuals that are shorter in stature/size is a challenge and bathroom also could use some additional shelving. Despite this we had a good stay to the area and enjoyed being there.

Long weekend get away

Never have been to the area or knew much about it, booked the property and just went for it! My girlfriend and I had so much fun and the property was very clean and in a great location.

Terrific place in Alexandria Bay!

This was a wonderful place to stay for a long weekend in Alexandria Bay! The river is beautiful and this place is walking distance to boat tours, restaurants, shops, and more. The place was immaculate, nicely decorated, and Pam was an excellent host and communication was great! We would definitely stay here again! Recommend!

Fantastic Getaway!

Everything was perfect! The place was clean, welcoming, had everything you could need for a stay away from home. The host was so nice, friendly, and helpful if we had any questions. Location was great, close to food, shops, parks, and the property itself leads right to the water with a picnic table! We’re hoping to make a trip back to the area, and if we do, we’d stay here again!

Very clean 1BR unit. Great location to downtown restaurants and attractions. Quick responses to all of my questions. Easy check in/out. Off street parking. Already booked for next year!

Wonderful Experience, not only very clean and very comfortable but also extremely convenient.

As I stated very clean, comfy, cozy, and very convenient location. Our host was excellent and the marine facilities affiliated (JP's Marine) are a top notch and convenient for all boating needs. We could sit on the private dock at night and listen to the live music or walk less than 3 minutes to enjoy the sights, sounds, shopping and food in Alex Bay.

This property was a perfect location for all that we wanted to do in Alexandria Bay. Close to restaurants, cafe, tourist boat tours, bolt castle. It was a perfect location for this. Pam was an attentive host. Though we didn't use it the pantry was a great idea. Thank you for a great vacation.

Location, location, location!!! It really is a 5 minute walk to everything! Home had everything that was needed for a long weekend. Lucked out and we were the only ones in the place! Would definitely recommend & return.

Great stay and great location!

The property is spacious. Large bedroom and living room, good size kitchen and the covered porch is quite large & is a nice place to sit outside. The shower stall is small but functional. On-site parking is good and they even have a dock for your boat. Nice back yard to the river and the dock. Five minutes walk to a variety of good restaurants and shops. Communication with Pam was excellent!

Amazing host!

Pam was such a great host! She was so accommodating and thought of all the little details for her guests. Pam is so quick to answer any questions prior to your stay and while you’re staying at her property. The property is in an amazing spot in AB and very spacious. Super clean too. I could go on about how awesome our experience was, but 10/10 recommend. We hope to be back!

What a gem

My wife and I rented this place for 4 days. The place is absolutely beautiful. The house had everything you need and then some. We had a great time and relaxed at night on the porch. The owners, who own the marina along with all their employees are hands down the best group of people we had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with. They made us feel like family. We will definitely be back again.

Walked up to the beautiful porch and fell in love with the house before I even walked in the door. My host Pam was very nice and talked about how hard they worked on the property and it shows. Great location and waterfront location

Right in the heart of Alex Bay. We had unit one, it was very nice. Very pleased with how quite the street was and just a short walk to the central area of town. Pleased with the hosts and any questions we had were answered promptly. We asked for suggestions on things to see and were very forthcoming with ideas. Walking distance to the boat tours and shops. Even with the live music venue just a few doors down we did not have any issues. Will plan on staying again in the future.

A. Bay, A+!

Place was super comfortable, clean and very well appointed with lots of supplies. The location is very convenient right next to the marina our boat was at and walking distance to everything in town. Pam was VERY communicative and answered all questions in a timely manner. The shower is very small, but does the job. Only other complaint is that the internet was very slow, but hopefully most guests are not trying to work remotely while there like I was.

My husband & I own JP's Marine, one house over from River Rentals and when we purchased the Marina in 2017 the house came with the property. It has taken us some time to get the rental property to where it is today but with time it makes this rental affordable and comfortable.

This studio apartment is within walking distance to all the local attractions that makes Alexandria Bay in the 1000 Islands such a wonderful place to visit! There is dockage available ( for an additional fee) that can accommodate up to a 30ft boat.
