Cozy spot in a perfect location

My 15-year-old son and I stayed here during a weeklong baseball tournament. The location was fantastic for the two of us to walk, find things to eat, and have everything we needed close by. Super easy commute to the lake point ballfield, the loft had everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home. We definitely stay here again if we come back next year!

Baseball weekend

The apartment is as advertised, clean, and located in a great place in relation to Lakepoint sports and right in town within walking distance to a few cute shops and restaurants. However, it is located on a super loud street with constant traffic all night and frequent trains. Beds were also not very comfortable. There was only the 1 tv in the main living room which I failed to notice in the add, so just an fyi. Stay was overall good except resting at night.

Great location and spacious but slight issues

Received check in info as stated. Was able to find a parking spot right in front of the loft which was nice for unloading. Headed up to the unit and was greeted with the awful smell of what I guessed was cat urine. The smell seemed to be the strongest around the sofa. We were in a rush to meet family so I didn't reach out to the owner at the time. The next day I reached out because I also noticed lots of cat hair on the sofa and rugs which I thought was weird since were no pets are allowed. Owner offered to send a cleaning crew over but I didn't want it to interfere with us getting ready for the wedding we were going to. Hopefully the owner will address this after our stay. Loft was well appointed and spacious. Very close to train tracks so be prepared for that. Mattresses could be updated but everything else seemed up to date. Would have given the stay 5 stars but the smell was just too much.

Family visit

The property location was great and the communication from the host was extremely responsive. The directions for check in and outbwete very clear. We were not able to locate the dumpsters but consolidated the trash and tried to make sure we left it clean. We would recommend this property. The couple of recommendations would be to have an additional set if towels in the bathrooms. The light fixture in the room with and on-site had two bulbs out and was a bit dusty. The water pressure was a bit low but other than that a great experience.

Fall ball

We stayed for a long weekend for baseball, and the property was great. Very convenient to ball fields and plenty of things within walking distance or minimal driving. Thank you for the hospitality!

Good place for a quick getaway

The loft was just as pictured, very spacious and open, in the heart of downtown. Location was very convenient to the LakePoint complex where we were attending a convention. The place was clean for the most part (could be a bit better with the dust bunnies ;)). A couple realistic things to consider: there is definitely a very active train track nearby that passes several times even at night; there are steps to climb up to the apartment which was not a big deal but something to think about if you have older ones in the party; the place was stocked with "just enough" cutlery, cooking pans, toilet paper, towels. I can see this being quite frustrating if you were staying here longer. We only started for a long weekend so it was ok. I think the property could use a little more thoughtful details, ie. Luggage racks since it's sparsely furnished, more kitchen supplies, towels. Overall though, it served its purpose, was only 10 minutes from the complex, was very airy and spacious and comfortable. Thanks for the stay!

101 Main St Cartersville

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint Sports. The location provided a 10 minute commute to the park, ample room for our family, and a great area full of restaurants and things to do. We ventured to the Atlanta Zoo, and it was less than an hour trip. Overall great experience .

Great renovations/unit - Every thing we needed - Easy Booking

This place is VERY nice with all of the accommodations we needed. Clean, spacious, comfortable, recently renovated and very nice finishes and decor! Centrally located for the tournament we were in town for, just didn't realize it was a popular train line so close. I would definitely stay here again. Parking was easy on the street and the owner had great communication and was very responsive to any questions I had. Lots of shopping and food/drink/ice cream near by. Very cute/friendly little downtown area.

Very large loft, great location downtown. Walking distance to everything. Beds, linens and pillows need an upgrade. Very uncomfortable. Due to location, it is very loud with street traffic and trains.

Great place

Great location and very clean. We rented this place to attend a music festival so we basically used it to sleep and shower. Its in the heart of everything you could need or want.

Spacious loft in wonderful location

This was our second time to stay in this location. It is a spacious apartment with two nice-sized bathrooms for the two bedrooms. We really enjoy looking over the downtown of Cartersville.

Perfect Location

Check in details were very clear. The apartment is in the perfect location to walk around downtown, and everything inside was great. There was a minor detail at check in, but the owner had a very fast response and it was taken care of quickly. There’s plenty of space to enjoy your stay and the kitchen was well stocked.

Just perfect!

Lovely to be here and enjoyed all the amenities. Thank you for allowing guests to have easy TV access! Perfect spot too, close to Farmer's Market, coffee, and shopping. The moisture proof mattress covers are a bit sweaty but understandable. Thank you!!!

Nice Apartment in Cartersville

A nice 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of space. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures shown on the website. The apartment is right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants and parking is on the side street. We were extremely happy with our stay.

Baseball tournament at LakePoint

Really enjoyed our stay at the downtown Cartersville loft! We love the area and it was nice being in walking distance to so many good places to eat! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Love Cartersville downtown location. Yes you do hear the trains. It outweighs the positives. Close the Lakepoint for baseball. Would recommend more amenities such as more towels, kitchen supplies and basic paper goods.

Fantastic place to stay

Absolutely loved staying here for our time visiting family in Cartersville. We will definitely return in the future if extra space is needed. The unit is super clean, easy to access, and safe, right in the historic district. Easy to walk to many local shops, boutiques and restaurants. We loved it!
