New Home at Ocean View Beach Club! Pool, sauna, gym, pickleball and more!

Enjoy your stay at the Beach Club in Ocean View, DE! 1 1/2 miles from Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Single Family home, 4 bedroom home sleeps 9. One bedroom and loft located upstairs with bathroom. Loft with seating, tv, and games. One EZ bed (twin) for 9th person, located on second level. Three bedrooms on first level. Bright open floor plan. House has outdoor shower. Beach club has outdoor pool, basketball and tennis courts, pickle ball, gym, billiards room, card room, and steam room. Tennis club a short distance away at Sea Colony. Bookings are for Saturdsy to Saturday rentals.Beach towels, beach cart and chairs are provided. We provide mattress covers, pillows, blanket, and comforter/quilts. You will need to bring sheets and bath towels. We have contact information for sheet/towel rental if needed, the company will drop off and pick up at the house. Bethany Beach boardwalk and beach is 1 1/2 miles from home. Can drive to Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Assateague and Chincoteague. Beach shuttle is expected to run this summer on weekends. Food trucks at pool most weekends! Renters are allowed to sign up for exercise classes, kids activities, massages and events. To use clubhouse and amenities will need to purchase wristbands at clubhouse, 38.00 per person per week, age 6 and over. Admits to all amenities. No lifeguard at pool, swim at your own risk. Indoor pool not available for renters to use. When booked will need to sign and return rental agreement with a copy of drivers license to hold dates and return within a WEEK from receipt. HOUSE RULES: * STRICT: The lead renter must be at least 25 years of age, sleep over every night and take responsibility for the actions of everyone in the group. * STRICT NO PETS * STRICT NO SMOKING * STRICT OCCUPANCY SHALL NOT EXCEED THAT POSTED FOR THIS HOME * STRICT NO PARTIES OR STUDENT CELEBRATIONS * You must adhere to the community / HOA rules. * If you do not abide by the HOUSE RULES, you can be evicted from your vacation home with forfeiture of all monies paid (so please do not break the HOUSE RULES). IMPORTANT NOTE: PRICES and AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE without notice until a reservation is completed SO PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU ARE STILL INTERESTED. THANK YOU! Family Vacation in Bethany

The house was beautiful, clean and more than well stocked with anything you would need. I would definitely book again and recommend to anyone. The community was wonderful for families. The drive to the beach was only 5 minutes, much close than we thought. This house exceeded our expectations!

Ocean View Vacation

Great Place

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. There was some dog hair in the property which we are a dog family so it didn’t bother us. Beautiful house to stay at.

Fun family getaway

This property was great! Kate was very responsive, the house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed using the patio for evening relaxation. The clubhouse and pool were really close by and the wagon was so helpful to use for the pool and beach. Would recommend!

Great place and location

This was our first visit to the Delaware Beach area and this was the perfect location. The house is beautiful (its the best rental we have ever stayed at) and the club facilities are fantastic (we used the pool and work out room mulitple times). Bethany Beach is just minutes away (bring or rent a bike and you will avoid any traffic and parking cost) but we also recommend driving up to Dewy and Rehoboth beach towns as well. If you are looking for a great place to stay when visiting Delaware beach area this is the place to pick!

Great space

This house is a gem! Plenty of room for a big family or group of friends. Upgraded appliances and the best kitchen of any rental I have ever stayed in. The owners are great to work with. We will be back!

Bethany Vacation

The house was big, warm and welcoming for a vacation with 3 generations.Everything in this house is upgraded and everything at your fingertips. We loved the back patio for a view of the pond and wild life. Kaye was wonderful to work with. It will be our home away from home .

Delightful visit to Delaware beaches

The house and most of the community are very new. I believe we were the first renters to stay in the home, which was in brand new condition, very nicely designed, well furnished and supplied and impeccably clean. It is a great space for a large family; there were 8 of us. Communication with the owner was excellent. Kate responded impressively to answer questions and to resolve a plumbing problem. The location is excellent; it's a quiet neighborhood but close to the beaches and the sufficiently lively Bethany Beach center and boardwalk. Other beaches and attractions are also nearby. The Ocean View clubhouse made the stay even more enjoyable. With a fabulous pool, gym, sauna and steam room, it was very easy to just stay "home". In summary, we had a great vacation, much of which can be attributed to this beautiful home and a terrific host.

Beautiful property at a convenient location

This property is pretty new, spacious, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the house being close to Bethany Beach. Kate, the hostess, was always available when I had questions. Thus, I highly recommend.

Immaculate single family home

A beautiful home with only 6 minute drive to the heart of bethany beach. Home is nicely appointed with quality products and kitchen appliances/utensils. The Floorplan layout is fantastic allowing different bedrooms to have privacy from the other bedrooms and separate bathrooms. Very quiet neighborhood which is still being developed. Clubhouse with lots of amenities. The owner was very responsive to our questions via email and was very organized for check-in. Would definitely rent this house again.

Great House - brand new and well-appointed

We had a very good week here. Very comfortable house which looks and feels brand new. Kitchen was a highlight... luxury appliances and countertops, etc. Awesome outdoor grill. We did not use pool/clubhouse, but only because we had a busy schedule. Three of us worked during business hours, and the WiFi was great with plenty of places to setup a workspace. Sheets and towels provided (but bring washcloths).

Yearly family Bethany excursion.

It appeared the home and development were newly built. There were several spot stickers and furnishings that still had price tags on them as if they had rushed to ready the home for rental. Considerable construction going on and noise level early morning was LOUD! During the day we drove to and remained on the beach. Property was close to several restaurants and businesses we enjoy going to. We basically slept and showered at the home. The daily rental price was upper end fir somewhere to lay your head at night. AC needs attention because it would become very warm and uncomfortable at night.
