Great, Quiet location

We had a great time here. The house was clean, and the area was quiet, even with the somewhat main road outside it was never a bother. The sunset views from the porch were a nice surprise in the evenings. It's proximity to multiple stores and restaurants as well as the beaches was excellent. Very happy with our time here

Nice townhouse in community an easy drive to the beach

Quiet community with a small pool just a short drive to the DE beaches. Plenty of space for a larger group, although we were just a family of 3. Walking distance to a grocery store, a liquor store, a seafood market, and several restaurants. We would rent this unit again.

Beautiful home close to the beach

We had the most amazing trip to the Delaware coast! This home is so beautiful, quiet, and larger than the pictures make it seem. It had everything we needed for an amazing stay for myself, my husband, our 2 year old, and our 2 pups! It was great to have everything we needed for the beach right in the home. The beach is just a short drive away, and whether you choose the main beach in Bethany or the Delaware Seashore state park down the road, you can’t go wrong. Morning Buns cafe, less than 5 minutes away has the most amazing pastries, as does Sandy Pony donuts in town. We also got crabs from Tom and Terri’s seafood market just down the street and it was well worth it! There was also tons of great mini golf, ice cream, and food in the area. Shaka Shack is a gem of a take out spot, and we even took out from upscale restaurant Global 14 and the food was delicious. If you like beer, it is worth the drive to Dogfish Head and Big Oyster breweries. Terri was an amazing host, she communicated so well with us prior to the trip, and had a great manual that helped us out once we were there. She is incredibly thoughtful and truly wants her guests to have a great time! The pool was amazing and usually quiet, and all of the neighbors we met were kind and helpful. I could not recommend this home enough, our family had the most incredible two weeks!

Perfect Getaway

Loved staying in this spacious and clean beach home! It's in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes drive from the beach. Plenty of room in closets for a longer stay. Everything you could possibly need is on hand. Especially glad we could bring our sweet dog on vacation. Had such a lovely time that we are already plan to stay here again!

Excellent host and property!

The townhome was very clean and comfortable- lots of space! The beach is only a 5 min drive. Terri was very fast in communicating and extremely helpful ! We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful, spacious, relaxing home

The house was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and spacious. The sunroom and back deck were particularly lovely. We loved having the neighborhood pool just a few steps away, and we usually had it to ourselves! Bethany Beach was just a few minutes drive away and we also drove over to Rehoboth for a day (about 20 minutes away). Terri was a great host—very friendly and responsive. We hope to come back again!

A beautiful, clean, relaxing property

Terri is such a nice person. Always answered my emails and I never felt like I was bothering her. The townhouse is in a very convenient location close to everything you could possibly need and want. Beaches, restaurants, shops etc. The house itself is spacious and has beautiful decor. The beds are super comfortable. The beautiful sunroom is an excellent place to have coffee in the morning or to hang out and read. The cute little patio was just right for bbq and eating outside. Terri stocks it well also. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I felt very safe. The pool area is amazing. My brother and sister in law enjoyed it as well. Being able to bring my 14 yr old Schipperke meant so much to us. I would have stayed another week or two if I could have. We fully enjoyed our stay and hope we can return next year.
