Beautiful condo in the Harbour Towne complex at mile marker 1. The complex is conveniently located in the heart of Lake Ozark on the North shore. Minutes away from the Bagnell Dam, Highway 54, and of course the Bagnell strip

This unit opens up to over 1200 sqft of inviting living space. When you open the door to the unit, the view of the lake is all that you will see. The open kitchen is fully furnished with everything needed from breakfast to roasting a turkey! There is a 4 stool breakfast bar at the granite countertop with a dishwasher underneath to take care of the dinner mess afterwards.

The unit will sleep 8 comfortably in beds, no couch sleeping here. The Master comes with a very comfortable King bed with attached master bath. The master also has a slider door that takes you onto the screened in deck to watch the boats with the morning coffee. The second bedroom features a Queen Bed, with the 3rd bedroom having 4 twin beds. One single, and a bunk set up with a trundle underneath. The two bedrooms share the common full bath.
The utility room features a full size washer and dryer to take care of your clothes if needed.
The spacious screened deck overlooking the lake has plenty of seating to enjoy the morning sunrise and of course the beautiful sunsets. Enjoy eating a meal with the whole bunch at the table while overlooking the beautiful lake

As a guest, you will be invited to enjoy all the amenities that Harbour Towne has to offer including 2 heated pools, walking paths, playground, and a tennis court. The complex also offers a concrete walk along the entire lakefront.
The unit comes with one assigned parking spot very conveniently located at the top of the stairs

Great view. Quiet and very peaceful. Would definitely recommend. Only downfall was parking even with the parking permit. Had to park far away from the unit several times and get a ride back from family. Very limited parking. But overall it was very nice!!

Beautiful condo

This condo looks the same if not better than the photos in the listing. It’s fully equipped and is very tastefully decorated. The main bedroom is big with a nice big en-suite and access to the balcony. It was very clean and super comfortable. It has a great screened in porch with an awesome view of the lake. The host was responsive. I don’t have one negative thing to say about it. You will love it.

Baseball Tournament

We rented this property for the weekend for a baseball tournament in Mack’s Creek. The condo was beautiful and the view of the lake was stunning. We were able to catch some of the boat races on Saturday. Booking, check in and conversations with Brian were easy. Would definitely stay here again.

First Ladies trip of many

This was a first time experience for some of us and the most pleasant. The process was very easy. The property manager was absolutely the best when it came to communication. This was the first of many girls trips to come. I would recommend this vacation spot for anyone that needs piece and tranquility in their life.
