This newly updated condo, nestled in a cove at mile marker 14, features Smart Tvs, an electric fireplace, stocked coffee bar, plenty of sleeping space, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Bagnell Strip is only 5 mins away and just 15 mins from several lakefront bars & attractions.

Great location, very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors were so friendly, we met some wonderful locals in the pool area who gave great recommendations in the area. The pools were never crazy, even with the holiday weekend which was amazing relief from the chaos!! The outside patio was our favorite place to watch the sunrise and play card games at night!!

The condo itself was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated that it was move-in ready and had everything we needed for a short stay. However, there were some serious downsides that future guests should be aware of, especially if you’re expecting a relaxing or carefree experience.The property is part of an HOA with very strict and frankly unreasonable “quiet hours” from 10 PM to 8 AM. While we were more than respectful—no loud music, no parties, no TV—we received a warning simply for sitting in the living room and having a quiet conversation. We were even contacted by the host after being seen on the Ring camera leaving the condo around 11 PM and again at 11:30 PM, which apparently was considered a problem.The neighbor below the unit seems to be extremely sensitive to any sound at all and clearly isn’t happy this property is being rented out. It felt less like a vacation rental and more like staying in someone’s house with a curfew and a noise monitor. The threat of involving the police for simply being awake and moving around the unit was the last straw for us—we decided to cut our stay short and check out early.It would be helpful if the listing clearly stated that this is an HOA property with highly sensitive neighbors and very strict expectations around noise and movement, even during what most would consider normal hours for adults. This isn’t the place for anyone looking to enjoy their evenings or come and go as they please.

I was attending a conference at the Lake of the Four Seasons. Rather than stay there, me and my fam stayed down the street at this lovely condo. We used the pool, enjoyed the view and the condo. The condo is on the top floor and had no problem with noises. Thx.

Very nice condo, great view

I got worried when I found out this condo is on the fifth floor, and there is no elevator. But the parking level is actually the fourth level, so I only had to walk up one flight of stairs.The condo was clean. Owner even offered free coffee with a Keurig style coffee maker.The view of the lake is excellent, and the deck very nice and spacious.I had a bit of a problem with the thermostat. I was cold, even though it was summer, and I kept turning up the thermostat to 72 and it kept going back down to 70. Maybe I didn't know how to do it correctly.There was no bath soap, no baking pans (I baked biscuits in the dutch oven), and no facial tissue. Nice Items I have found in other rentals.Still, this is a great condo for the rental price, and I would definitely stay again.

Great weekend rental!

This condo is as advertised and very well taken care of. Location is in a great spot on land and water. James was very easy to communicate with and very responsive and helpful with any questions. We will definitely book again in the future.

Cozy with a gorgeous view
