Rental property description :

This 90m2 apartment is located in a medieval building (circa 1600) and is located in the heart of the medieval city, right next to La Maison de la Boétie and with an impressive view on the St Sacerdos Cathedral.

Private parking included in the price and accessible 24h/24h

Fully air-conditioned and equipped with double glazing.

The living room is equipped with a 160cm flat-screen TV, a portable and lightweight Harman-Kardon Bluetooth wireless speaker and features a fully-equipped open kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, 4 induction hotplates with integrated hood and a dishwasher.

The terrace, perched high above the rooftops of Sarlat, is a small oasis in the heart of the city.

The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed (or queen size bed) and offers an impressive view on the Saint Sacerdos Cathedral. It has been tastefully decorated to create a warm and cosy atmosphere.

The bathroom is very bright and offers a sober and very modern decoration. (Bluetooth sound system integrated).

The 12 m² mezzanine is very bright with its balcony overlooking the rooftops of Sarlat, and is equipped with a convertible sofa (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). It includes a living area, a laundry room with washing machine, and a dressing room with custom-made built-in closets to store all your clothes and/or suitcases.

Super location and amazing hosts

Our stay started with Allison meeting us at the car park to escort us and our bags to the property. Before that, we were provided with proactive and informative information from Allison. The property was as described —beautiful, located in the heart of the action, with everything we needed. The car park was close, so access was easy. Cannot say enough about how perfect everything was, finishing with being escorted back to the car park with our luggage. Amazing!

Right out of Architectural Digest

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. One of the most beautiful VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in. The owners, Mark and Allison were incredibly responsive. Communication was great. Our only criticism, (and it's actually not a criticism but information that you should be aware of), the apartment is on the top floor of the building, two narrow staircases with a total of 53 steps!!! Luckily, Allison and/or Mark meet you at the parking lot, drive you to the apartment and CARRY your luggage up to the apartment. Truthfully, we would not have been able to manage it on our own. They do the same on the day that you leave. The apartment is also a duplex but the master bedroom is on the first floor as is the bathroom. If you are not reasonably fit, this isn't the right rental for you, but if you are, stay here.The area is also great. The apartment is just off the main square of Sarlot.....walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. We took day drips to nearby towns and had a wonderful time in the area.

Séjour mémorable

Le condo était plus que parfait, situé dans la vité médiévale de Sarlat. Les communications avec l'hôte sont rapide; elle est même venue nous chercher avec nos bagages au stationnement pour nous conduire et expliquer les fonctionnalités du condo. Nous lui donnons une note de 15 sur 10. Séjour trop court mais plus qu'agréable

This is the best place you'll find, hands down.

From the first moment when we arrived and Marc came to pick us up from the parking garage and then helped carry our suitcases up to the apartment, to the end of our stay when Marc helped us carry our baggages to his car and brought us back to the parking garage, our stay here was incredible. The apartment was immaculately cleaned, decorated, and prepared for our visit. There were the basics for cooking and living needs, but also more luxurious items like a bathroom towel heating rack that also has a stereo. Each of our three kids had their own space with a full-size bed which they all claimed were very comfortable. Our room was gorgeous with a beautiful view of the open-air market (on market days) and we could see the cathedral. The location was perfect and the restaurant next door (with the knights outside) was one of the best meals we had during our two week vacation. And Marc gave us recommendations (the restaurant next door being one of them) on restaurants that proved to be the best Sarlot had to offer. Marc and Allison were always responsive to any questions/needs and made every attempt to give us a great stay in Sarlot.

Séjour Sarlat

Appartement de haut standing situé en plein cœur de Sarlat, avec en bonus un garage privé. Nous avons été accueilli de la plus belle des façons grâce à Marc qui nous a pris en charge directement à notre arrivé et nous a déposé a l'appartement avec nos bagages. Nous avons pu profiter du marché au pied de l'appartement le mercredi. Parfait séjour dans cette ville de Sarlat.Je recommande sans problème.

Exceptionnel

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marc qui a pris le temps de tout nous présenter dans l’appartement. Le logement est refait à neuf avec des matériaux de qualité et une déco de très bon goût. Il est idéalement situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville, le parking à quelques mètres de là est bien pratique. Nous remercions vivement Marc et Alisson grâce à qui nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Fantastic Apartment in a Great Location

Fantastic property with some great modern touches. Parking was excellent and Marc was an outstanding host and made our stay very easy after a long tiring drive. Special mention to the quality of the refurbishment and the fantastic shower room complete with speaker built into the towel radiator.

Exceptionnel!

De passage à Sarlat, au retour des vacances, nous nous sommes arrêtés chez Marc et Allisson et nous ne l'avons pas regretté ! Le logement en duplex , situé en plein coeur de la cité historique, est tout simplement magnifique. D'une propreté impeccable. Tout est beau dans les moindres details, tout est de qualité et de très bon goût. Les enfants, 3 gaillards de 17 et 22 ans n' ont rien trouvé a redire et ont adoré se vautrer dans les canapés, ecouter de la musique , profiter de leur petite terrasse avec vue sur les toits de Sarlat. Bref, tout etait parfait, y compris l'accueil de Marc, sa gentillesse, et son desir de faire plaisir. Merci Marc et Allisson pour ce beau moment passé chez vous. J'ai déjà recommandé votre appartement à plusieurs personnes et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
