4BR Ski Home For 10 People w/Game Room -10 min to Loon

Welcome to the Roar & Rest Retreat, a spacious and newly renovated 4 bedroom ski home nesting at the center of NH ski/snowboard resorts. It is conveniently located right on Route 3, making it super easy to reach even on snow days. 10min to Loon Mountain, 20min to Cannon Mountain, 30min to Waterville Valley. 4 minutes to town center with restaurants, breweries, and shops. Our place offers plenty of room for families and groups to enjoy. The game room has been a favorite for our previous guests.

This 4-bedroom, 2- full bathroom house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 2 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, 2 twin beds, a sleeper couch and a portable crib.

Enjoy cooking in the fully loaded kitchen and dine in the dedicated dining area or the cozy breakfast nook. The game room is the best place to keep your children busy while you are focusing on cooking (don't ask me how I know about this).

For your convenience, there’s also a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

This was the perfect place for our family We range in age 70 down to 8 months and wanted to have Thanksgiving together and did .The home was easy access for the older one and the little ones . The home was lovely and very clean and felt very welcoming .

Perfect “base camp” for our weekend at the New Hampshire Highland Games at Loon Mountain. Far enough from town to avoid the crowds, but close enough that we were able to get where we needed to be quickly. The house had enough room to spread out in the evenings, and all the kitchen supplies we needed for breakfast and dinner.

This was the perfect place for me, my wife, and my hiking friends to stay and use as base camp for our hike in the White Mountains (we did the Tripyramids). The house has a great layout, was very clean and orderly, and communication with the host was always prompt.

We had a great time at your home. It was very clean. Geng was a great host always available and very helpful. We enjoyed the extras too! Everything was clearly labeled making it easy to find everything. My kids enjoyed the toys and games and we all enjoyed the firepit. We would love to visit again!

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful weekend at Rest and Roar! We would stay there again. We had 3 couples each having one child (ages 10-15). We rent from VRBO 1-2X a year and we all agreed this was the cleanest home yet! They provided many things they are easy to forget at home. If I had to leave one piece of feedback, it would just be to bring a fan with you if it’s in the summer months. Only one of the bedrooms (when we stayed) had AC and it was a very warm weekend. We purchased a couple fans and it helped a lot. Also, bring ice with you if needed, the ice maker wasn’t working.

Wonderful Home

This was a great place to stay, the location is perfect for White Mountain adventures. Kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely updated. Home is tastefully decorated and clean. We enjoyed the playroom and my grandson loved having so many books to read. Highly recommend!

Even better than expected! Very spacious and it seems to be newly renovated. Check-in was easy and my friend really appreciated the snacks. Would def stay again

Great winter getaway!!

Our stay at this house was amazing! We were a family of three generations plus friends and couldn't ask for a better home. Close enough for three easy days of skiing! The game/playroom was perfect for kids and adults and enjoyed all the games/puzzles/books. The kitchen was well equipped with fantastic appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were both stocked with high-quality towels and linens. We love this home and look forward to another visit!

Roar and Rest house near Ice Castles

This was super clean, spacious and cozy at the same time, and so close to the Ice Castles and Loon. Geng is an attentive and gracious host. We appreciate the drinks and snacks. Plenty of towels and cookware. The beds are really comfortable. Highly recommend for families with young kids as well as teenagers. Great place would stay again!

Family getaway

The house was perfect as advertised. The location was ideal for skiing as well as going to the ice castle. It was close to lots of restaurants and in town activities. The house itself was roomy and accommodated our son and daughter-in-law, daughter and son-in-law, and three of our grandchildren Everything was set up nicely in the house and it was warm and comfortable during our stay. Highly recommended the house when you are in the area.

Weekend in New Hampshire

This house is perfect. It had many unexpected extras such as snacks and drinks, liquid soap and hand lotion next to each sink, stocked coffee station, endless quality towels in the bathrooms, lantern flashlight, first aid kit, quality mattress, sheets and comforters. Truly just amazing. The mattress was so comfortable we came home and ordered the one that was on the bed.Geng was very responsive to all our questions. It snowed overnight on our last night and first thing the next morning the driveway was plowed. The house is decorated in a perfect mountain way.The game room was perfect for the teenagers. We skiied at Loon, zip lined with Alpine Adventures, hiked a local trail and visited the Ice Castles. All were within minutes of this house. We will be back! Thank you for a great weekend.
