Beautiful golf course view condo; 2bedroom/2bath; Great quiet location

Beautifully decorated condo just 2.2 miles East of the river bridge and close to Branson Landing and historic downtown Branson.. Golf course/duck pond views from the patio. Two bedrooms and two baths with a walk in shower. Three TVs with You Tube TV, Netflix and Wifi available. Full kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. Two nice outdoor swimming pools are available from Memorial Day until labor Day and a recreation center is just across the street. There are stairs to get down to the condo or you can take a grass slope around to the side of the building. For safety and property management, we have a Ring doorbell camera mounted outside on the right side of the front door. There are no cameras anywhere else on the property.

No smoking within 100 feet of the building or $500 fee! Do not walk on the golf course cart path. Boats must be parked at the HOA lot with a permit.
A doorbell camera is placed on the right side of the front door primarily to see when guests first arrive and when my cleaner is on the premises.
No loud talking, music, etc. during quiet hours (10 PM to 8 AM) inside or out. No team gatherings in summer months. Quiet during arrival after 10PM.

Great Condo for a Convention Week

We came to Branson for Dance Nationals at the convention center. Lots of back and forth, long (loud) days and the condo was perfect to stay at. It was a short drive over, and comfortable to spend the off time there. I really appreciated the coffee bar, sound machine in main bedroom and first floor walkout to golf course watching. (The slope grass walkway is what we used and it was handy to not haul heavy luggage down the stairs!) Beds were comfy, couch soft, communication excellent and we will probably stay here again if we do nationals next year in Branson!

Weekend dance competition

Neat, clean, very well informed, quiet. Super cute! We really only slept there since we were there for a dance competition. But it had everything we needed. Everything was labeled and very clear instructions. I would definitely reccomend staying here.

Easy, relaxing stay

This was a perfect spot for us to relax during our spring break. Easy drive to anything, but outside the hustle and hustle of Branson.Perfect for us.

Relaxing and Clean Accommodation

This property is ideal for relaxing and recuperating from the bustle of Branson. We were immediately impressed with the ease of check in and the fresh fragrance of the property as we walked through the front door. The condo was spotless and roomy for us. The beds were comfortable; the linens were thick and absorbent. While we did not cook during our two night stay, there were plenty of cookware items if we had. The property backs up to a golf course and we enjoyed the covered patio watching the players work their way along the course. We especially enjoyed the electric recliner and the washer/dryer combination. The Branson Landing is nearby but not close enough to walk to. We appreciated having the distance so we avoided the traffic and noise. There is a grocery store nearby, a pool, and a workout area. All are convenient. The owner was easy to reach and responsive. I would absolutely stay again. My only caution is that the unit is downstairs at ground level and is, therefore, not easily handicap accessible. That was not a problem for us but may be a consideration since one flight of stairs must be used to access the condo. Overall, our stay was great. I’ve visited the area many times and this is the best place I’ve stayed.

Excellent Branson Vacation Spot!

The condo was in a very quiet area but in a very close drive to The Landing. We enjoyed being away from the traffic. Very clean property. Communication with owner was excellent. Very spacious condo too. Our little boys asked if we could just live there instead of returning home. Ha! Take the owner’s recommendation of getting up early and have breakfast on the patio while watching the golfers. It was so peaceful and fun to watch.

Beautiful Condo on Golf Course

Condo was perfect. Everything was clean and we had a beautiful view of the golf course and lots of amenities. It was perfect for our family of 4 and minutes away from the shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

This condo was outstanding. It was clean & comfortable, with a great calming view of the golf course. The owner was welcoming & responsive in his communication. It also was a great location, close to good restaurants & sites. We'd stay again in a heartbeat if we're ever back in the area!

Wonderful weekend accomodation

It was a great, comfortable and spacious condo located near a golf course, pool and tennis court and recreation center. We slept comfortably, watched tv and cooked breakfasts in the kitchen. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.
