We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it on arrival (kitchen and bathroom clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, garbage cans removed, etc.) the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of 35€/hour
