We are in a small town w/ lots to offer but also close to many big attractions!

Our home has a Great open floor plan, a social room with the big heavy wooden pocket doors so it can also be divided off. There's a comfortable front porch and a open back yard perfect for outdoor games, a fire pit lots of chairs, picnic tables and grill. There have been many gatherings and memories spent in this backyard. We have Plenty of parking including space for boats if your here for a fishing tournament. We are located in a cozy small town with lots to offer, NKP Railroad Museum, Lyme Village, Seneca Caverns, Twin Lakes Golf just to name a few - we are only 20-25 minutes from Lake Erie, Cedar Point, Ferry to Put n Pay or Kelly's Island, close to several bird watching areas, near several of the top fishing tournaments and we have boat parking for at least 3-4 boats (truck and trailer/so you wouldn't have to unhook), fish cleaning station w/water & lights right on site, a containers for the waste /a freezer upon request and much more. We are also more than willing to set the house up to meet your needs, decorate for any special events, indoor/outdoor activities for kids and or adults,...... I have been a Travel Agent for 42 year and have spent my life escorting groups and I Love making sure everything is taken care of and that that memories are made..... having the Link House has only added to the pride of what I want to do. Hope you come and visit and become one of the repeat customers that we have who have become more like great friends than just a guest. Weekend Trip - perfect house

The house is perfectly settled near Main Street, and gave us easy access to stores and routes. This is a historical house and has been upgraded to accommodate additional bedrooms. The rooms were exceptionally clean and accommodated all adult guest. The environment is warm and inviting. The owners corresponded the check in/out information and answered all questions. I would rent this house again.

Awesome place to stay!

A group of 9 adults, we stayed while in the area and it was perfect! Very nice and well kept house. Jill and Kip were available if we needed them at anytime. Very close to all amenities. Thank you for allowing us to stay and we hope to be back again next year!

Excellent Property

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Jill is a great property owner—pictures do not do the house justice! We received a welcome basket upon arrival and the house was super clean and spacious. Will be staying here again; highly recommended!

Loved the old house feel and wooden floors. Felt safe and enjoyed the small town feel. Sleeping arrangements were tight as the bunk bed areas are not very spacious for teenagers and adults.

Great property and not far from Cedar Point

This was a great house with lots of space and loved the personal touches of complimentary snacks and beverages. We cooked s’mores on the fire pit, played board games and it was a short drive to Cedar Point. Highly recommend!

Very nice house. There were 12 of us staying there, we were very comfortable, and the accommodation was ideal for us. The town is off the beaten path, relaxing area and has all your needs. Owners live nearby and were readily available if we had any issue.

Great place to stay...very cozy!

12 people stayed in the house for 3 night's during the 1st weekend of 2023 bike week in Sandusky. While the matresses in a couple of the beds could use updated, the place was Awesome, and the hosts/owners were awesome as well. Thank you so much for everything.

Cozy Welcoming Small Town Home

This home was so comfortable and welcoming for our extended family stay. Note I said home, not just house. Our gracious hosts provide more than the basics you find in many vacation rental properties. This house was great!

I was coming with family and friends to celebrate my birthday at Cedar Point. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and wanted this trip to be extra special before my surgery and it was!! The host were very kind and hospitable. I walked into the house and they had a sign that said Happy Birthday and had snacks set out. Every room was set up so nice. It was the perfect stay and the park was only like 30 minutes away. Very Convenient!! I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Good family home

Our experience was positive overall, and our hosts were very helpful in person when we needed recommendations or items to borrow. We had a lot of difficulty reaching them before we arrived, and got really nervous that we had paid and would get no response by VRBO message, phone, and email, so we were glad that the transaction panned out. The neighborhood felt safe, the kitchen was well equipped, and the distance to lakeside activities was reasonable. Clarification needed in online listing - this is NOT a five bedroom house, despite what is advertised in words and photos. It is a four bedroom house with a sofa bed in the first floor living area. This really threw us for a loop since we had planned a group of 14 around the expected five bedrooms!

Great house, could be even better with a few tweaks

We had a comfortable stay at this property. It was well stocked and had lots of rooms and nice bathrooms. We even grilled out on the grill and that worked great. A few key things could improve it. The refrigerator was not clean at all. Yuck. The TV was only smart in the dining area and it was so high up on the ceiling, it was not comfortable to watch. We couldn’t stream the Olympics in the living room because the TV there didn’t show up for air play. Must not be smart. We tried to contact the hosts and they didn’t respond. Hopefully there will be a few improvements before our next stay. We have booked it for next year because it is in the location we need in order to visit our mom in memory care in Bellevue.

Nice option for our geoup

While the house was nice there were ts that seemed stale. My group had plenty of space to be comfortable. Our biggest problem was communication. I asked almost a month in advance to adjust dates. The dance competition we were coming for changed our dates. No response. I was aware we would only get a 50% refund but we would only need the house half the time. The next time I contacted the owners and VRBO each place told me the other were the ones to approve. The day of loading in we had no code to get in and no way to contact. Phones went straight to voicemail. Tired teachers just wanted to unpack. It was very hot and very frustrating. Multiple calls back and forth with customer service while I was trying to work with ours dancers finally got the teachers in. The house was nice but we ended up spending way more money because they wouldn’t adjust our dates and an afternoon of not being able to get in. Frustrating

What I feel is unique about our property is that we want it to feel like home..... If you forgot something I would hope we already have it there and if not let us know so we can add it.....After being in the travel industry for so many years and escorting so many group trips makes having this house to share - Perfect!! Love every minute of helping to make Memories and meeting great people along the way!! It has also been so much fun having guest return.....who now feel like Family. If you're coming for a special event please let us know as we will gladly do what we can to add some decorations or signs. We hope to have you visit and stay at our Link House......look forward to meeting you and your guests
