Come spend the holidays or a weekend in a nice quit, 3 bedroom, two full bathroom property situated seconds from the Sandusky bay. This gorgeous house is fully furnished and can house up to 10 comfortably. This property boasts an 5 person hot tub and an XBOX with a collection of games. There is a fire ring outside for enjoyment, one gas fireplace in the beautiful sunroom and a wood burning fireplace inside the living room. Wood is supplied on site for your convenience free of charge. This property is within a 15 mins radius to Cedar Point, cedar point sport force park, Port Clinton ferry’s for Kelly’s island, Put n Bay, and Middle Bass. There is a local tavern a block away as a convenience and the local market is about 5 miles away. Please, if you have any questions, feel free to send a message.

Had a wonderful stay. We had our Xmas trip with our adult children. We loved everything about this home. Loved that there was a Xmas tree up. Preston was absolutely amazing with any concerns we had. Loved that he had snacks ready on the table. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

The host went out of his way to communicate with us, answering questions through the vrbo app almost immediately. Once we had checked in, he even provided his cell number so that we could reach him even more quickly.

It was quite the challenge trying to find the right house because you have to park in the back. Then, we couldn't get the door to unlock. We tried the front door and back door multiple times, only to realize there was another door around the corner we were supposed to use. The house was very nice, lots of adds on when making it what it is. Hot tub is for 4 adults tops, sleeps 6/7 comfortable. Beautiful area.

Very nice house in a nice quiet area but still close to Sandusky. We enjoyed the hot tub, and other amenities such as Xbox and board games. Would definitely recommend, it was so much better for our family than staying in separate hotel rooms.

Rooms were broken up and room with large TV did not have much seating, but furniture and beds were comfy. Host very responsive to questions.Problem was hot tub is NOT an 8 person!! We had 4 adults and overflowed a great deal of water. Quite cramped with no leg room and not very relaxing.Neighborhood quiet and bar/restaurant at end of street was great. Great getaway with family.

Everything was clean, and as presented on the site. While more dishes, like a beverage pitcher would be helpful, nothing was a true negative.Each time I reached out to the Host, the response was fast, informative, reasonable, and totally flexible. The accommodations are a king bed, 2 full beds and 3 twins(1 is a full/twin bunk, 1 set is a daybed/trundle). This is ideally a family setting and I would stay again.

House was great, good location about 20 mins from everything we wanted to do, house was stocked exeptional well. Would definitely stay again. One bedroom was kind of small but hey we were just sleeping there so it served its purpose.

Everything went smooth. We learned the pub isn’t open on Mondays and Tuesdays. We didn’t get a chance to try it out because we were busy the other days. Just FYI on Jackson Street Pier on Monday nights they have a family movie night and Thursdays live music. We caught the live music which we loved! And the Lagoon Deer Park about 10 minutes down the road was a hit with the kids as well as Toft’s Ice Cream Parlor.

Our stay in Vickery was fantastic! Preston was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. The space was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was Rum Runner Cove—such a fun spot with great staff and a perfect atmosphere right on the water. Just walking distance. We loved the peaceful vibe of the area and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Preston’s place if you’re visiting the Sandusky area.

Weekend trip with family for 4th of July!

The stay was good. Family was comfortable. Distance to Cedar Point was not bad. Wish there was more eating options around Vickery. Hot tub was the only issue with getting up to a good temperature, but not huge deal. Owner was transparent about the hot tub scheduled for repair. Overall had a good time.

Dance Competition Home

This place was perfect. Thousands of families come to Sandusky for Nextstar NAtionals and this place is by far one of the best. The commute to the convention center was short. The accomodations were perfect for a family of 5 with a dog. Everything was provided and the host was responsive and professional. Definitely would stay again.

We loved our stay, the house was clean and the beds were comfy. Preston was there for us any time we had a question or needed anything. We will stay here again. The local watering hole was within walking distance and the sunset view from there was amazing!!

Lovely Quiet Retreat

The property was wonderful. We wanted a quiet retreat after spending the day at Cedar Point, and this property was perfect! Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and eating at the bar & grill on the marina.

This property is located outside of the big city, which means no hearing/waking up to trains, planes, vehicles, loud music, etc. The neighborhood and property is secure and safe. This property may not be total waterfront, but the views within literally two minutes to the bay is spectacular, along with the little diner that is open all year round with a liquor license. This little “big” cottage will have you turning every corner with surprise and awe.
