Fabulosa ubicación a solo 15 minutos a pie del casco antiguo de Dubrovnik y del mar Adriático. Luminoso y espacioso apartamento de 3 dormitorios con baño completo (bañera y ducha incluidas) y cocina abierta. Preciosa terraza al aire libre, jardín salvaje y vistas increíbles.

Location, location, location

132 steps to the property, but worth every step! Views of the old city and the Mediterranean were spectacular! The place was very spacious and the outside courtyard was like having your own villa.

Fantastic Host & View

This property is uniquely located on a walking street on the hill behind the old city. The views are amazing and you get a unique vantage point looking over the city. Very well appointed place with everything you would need for your stay.

A very interesting location!

I'm glad we had turned in our rental car and could take an Uber to the location. Street not easily found. Healthy climb up stairs to the property. That being said, it worked great for us. Closed courtyard for grandkids to play safely. Nice lay-out for family. Outstanding view. Quick walk to the gates and into the city yet extremely quiet. We would return.

Best Location Ever!

We stayed at this beautiful VRBO property in Dubrovnik for a weekend getaway with a group of friends, and we had an amazing stay. The road to access the property is walking only with stairs, but we had backpacks, not roller bags, and thought the short walk was well worth the great quality and location of the property. The kitchen is well-stocked with spices, oil, sugar, and coffee, and the hosts provide a personalized guide book to the best beaches, restaurants, and attractions in the area. The host was quick with responses and ensured that we had an amazing stay. Thank you again!

The listing said there were stairs but…113?!?!?Location was good but THE STAIRS!!!The terrace did not have a view of old town, only view was from the bedrooms. Very few outlets in bedroom. Slats in my bed came off during the night!! If you’re young and have steering legs and are VERY fit this is a good place!!

Very good,

A kettle would have been useful. We boiled water in a pan. The number of steps to the property must be strongly stated. It would not be suitable for very young or very old. But we loved it.

Good location, friendly and helpful owners but overall condition of property needs improvement

Location to old city is within a 10 minute walk. Owners are very nice and helpful. Property needed a good cleaning. Extra bathroom in separate bedroom was difficult to use with heavy smell of mold from bedroom. Also mold smell in one of bedrooms in main apartment. Tub leaked when used and noticed small leak under toilet where drain pipe enters wall. We were okay with conditions as we only slept and showered each day not spending much time at the property.

Lovely place and location

My friends and I stayed in the Passic House finding a relaxing way to end our Interrail and the experience was great. The house is beautiful, the location was great and the owners were so kind to us. Everything was perfect. Hope we come back soon.

Pleasant stay

The villa was clean and well appointed with an easy check in. Close to Dubrovnik without needing car or public transportation..only issue is the are many stairs to get to villa entrance so pack light and enjoy your stay.

Great spot for a family in DBV

A great spot for a fit family, the stairs did not bother us at all, the air conditioner was a blessing, the outdoor patio was so nice for meals, coffee, a glass of wine etc. Nadia was very helpful and understanding as we had a road accident and she offered us a late check out. Close to the old town, which is so nice. Great for our family of 5, we walked everywhere. If we go back to DBV...we will stay here again.

Great location, great property

This was a great place to stay, with good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. The outdoor courtyard was a delight, and the views from the bedrooms over the old city were lovely. Nadia was a very welcoming host, meeting us, and making sure we had everything we needed, and giving us pointers of where to find things. It is up over 100 steps which was daunting with suitcases but we got used to them very quickly. Highly recommended.

All the conveniences of home

Nadia met us on our arrival, even though we were later than expected, and made us feel very welcome. The apartment and studio had everything we could need, including some basic food items to get us started. Although it is quite a climb up the 114 steps to the accommodation, it is located just outside of the old city of Dubrovnik in a quiet area - with easy access to both the old City and to the path up the mountain to the fort and lookout - if you are inclined to walk up. We found that we soon got used to the steps and even enjoyed them for stretching our legs after a long day of sightseeing! The terrace area is lovely, and there is a very useful clothesline, as well as a washer and dryer for guest use. This is an excellent spot for a large family or small group.

Great local experience

We had such an amazing experience in this beautiful apartment. To begin our stay, the two sisters greeted us at the door with a friendly smile, some much needed cold juice and a wealth of information about the city. The apartment was exactly what was advertised on the website. It easily accommodated the five of us girlfriends with everything we needed. The extra bathroom in the guest house was a definite bonus for five women getting ready in the morning. We loved the views, the easy access to old town and the comfortable sitting areas for all of us to enjoy a nice glass of wine at the end of the day. I am not going to lie, the 110 steps to the apartment was tough on the first day when carrying your large suitcases. This is definitely not for the "old souls". However, the stairs got easier each day, and we learned how to plan for the entire day when we left in the morning. Thank you ladies for a beautiful week in Dubrovnik. Janna

Spectacular Place to stay!

Our recent stay at this apartment was great! Very comfortable and spacious for sure and exactly as described. The outdoor space was fantastic for a relaxing glass of wine after a busy day exploring Dubrovnik!! Apartment is well appointed also to ensure your stay is comfortable and the location is amazing, short walk into the old town (down some stairs - fun to navigate with luggage!) and very convenient to a taxi stand when your stay comes to an end.

Perfect!

Nice place

Very spacious and clean house perfect for our group of 4 but could fit up to 7. The air conditioning wqs fantastic after a long day in the sun. The hosts were very accomadating and helpful while we were there. View was fantastic the only down side was the long walk up the stairs. However the location was very close to old town.

Nice Place in Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik is small and everything within walk distance. The 114 steps that another reviewer talked about isn't that bad, considering that there are steps everywhere in Dubrovnik. Sue greeted us and was extremely welcoming. English is perfect. We were there with 6 adults and 4 children and this property fit all of us nicely. There are 3 bedrooms in the main apartment area (2 twins / 1 queen / 2 twins) and there is a studio room (1 queen?). There's a nice little bakery recommended by Sue across from the cable car which takes approx 10 minutes walk. Laundry can be finished relatively quick and with the Croatian sun dries in a morning. Cons: dishwasher was difficult to work, mosquitos (late june time frame)
