Over 200ft of shoreline nestled into a deep-water cove and located towards the end of a private road ensures privacy and tranquility. A great spot to enjoy the outdoors and wake up to a beautiful sunrise every single morning.

This 2100 sqft home offers 3 full bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 full workstations including monitors, docking stations and high speed internet.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED

The home has 3 bedrooms (K, Q, Q) 2 of which have folding twin beds stored for extra sleepers. The main living area features 2 pull out queen sleeper sofas and there is another full pull-out couch bed in the office.

The office and master bed have remote working stations setup for your use. They both feature monitors and docking stations and high-speed internet.

The garage/game room area contains a ping pong table, foosball table and 2 player Pop-a-Shot basketball games! Cornhole and other yard games are available for your usage as well.

The outdoor space features covered upper and lower decks with seating areas, rocking chairs and a big back yard that overlooks the water with amazing sunrise views to enjoy your morning coffee.

Relax in the hammock, roast smores while sitting around the firepit, use the gas grill for a nice cookout and enjoy the floating dock and small beach that provides access to the water.

There are 2 adult fishing kayaks, 2 children’s kayaks, 2 standup paddleboards available for you to use.

Pontoon/Tritoon boats may also be rented based on availability (separate charge)- host may need to access property for boat with advanced communication to guest on rare occasions.

House Rules:

No Parties, strictly enforced
5 Cars maximum - driveway parking only
10 people MAXIMUM at the property
Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house
No illegal substances, firearms or fireworks allowed on the property
Quiet Time is 11pm - please respect our neighbors
Only a single dog, under 50lbs is allowed with approval.

SEPTIC: This property is on a septic system - no feminine products or wipes of any kind (including flushable) can be flushed down the toilets. These products cause harm to the system and result in clogged pipes.

ALL USE OF THE LAKE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS.
1. Use at your own risk – property owners accept no liability for any loss of any kind once you enter into a body of water or proceed past the shoreline.
2. Children. No child under the age of 18 may use the lake (e.g., for swimming, boating, fishing, or wading), unless they are supervised by an adult who is capable of providing emergency assistance.
3. Life jackets must be worn at all times when on the lake.
