- A beautiful 700 m² garden with parking on the north-east side and a large south-west facing terrace surrounding the swimming pool, featuring a dining area for 8 people under a pergola, a bar and a high chair next to the pool, and sun loungers to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting within a residential neighbourhood. You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market, all about a 5-minute drive away.
