Living Areas



Step into a warm, lodge-style great room with soaring wood ceilings and a dramatic stone fireplace—the perfect place to sprawl out after a day of trails, waterfalls, or downtown Ellijay wandering. Big windows pull the outdoors in, and the whole space feels built for reconnecting (movies, board games, or just doing absolutely nothing).



When the group wants options, the cabin delivers: an upstairs loft gives you a second hangout zone, and downstairs is where the competition starts—rack ’em up at the pool table, then relive arcade glory with Pac-Man.







Kitchen/Dining Areas



The kitchen is fully set up for real meals, not “vacation survival.” Cook breakfast before a fishing morning, prep picnic snacks for creek time, or bring home local Ellijay treats and make a feast.

DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:











Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include $255 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, Coosawattee gate pass fee (this is not a physical pass it is for use of the gates at the resort), and a 15% lodging tax
