Annie Creek Lodge is a stunning new cabin nestled in the heart of Terry Peak Ski Area, just minutes from the main ski lodge. Located in a quiet part of the development, the cabin offers breathtaking views of the Black Hills. With over 600 sq ft of deck space, a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and a private hot tub, it’s the ideal spot to relax or entertain while enjoying the views!



Main Level Highlights:

■Open Concept Living Area:  The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen perfect for family meals, and a cozy living room with large windows, a floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.  For dining, there's 6 chairs at the island, 3 chairs at the sofa table and a card table with 4 chairs in the downstairs closet.

■Outdoor Living Space:  Enjoy over 600 sq. ft of deck space with a gas BBQ Grill and outdoor seating to enjoy the gorgeous views – perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening under the stars.

■Laundry room:  Just off the main entrance with full size washer and dryer and space to put shoes and ski equipment.

Guests have access to the entire property. Pets are allowed but you must let us know if you have a pet and there is a limit of 2 pets allowed. $50/pet.



The Neighborhood:

This is a beautiful area of the Black Hills. It is on the Terry Peak Ski Area - over 6000 ft elevation. The scenery is beautiful.

Nearby Attractions:

■ Snowmobile and ATV right from the cabin. Trail access at Recreational Springs Resort.

■ Terry Peak Ski Area: just a 1.5 miles from the cabin to the main ski lodge

■ Mickelson Trailhead, fishing, golfing, scenic Spearfish Canyon: 15 minutes away.

■ Lead: 10 minutes. Deadwood: 15 minutes. Sturgis: 25 minutes.

■ Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park: Just an hour’s drive.



Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate 3-4 vehicles. 1.5 miles of unpaved, hard-packed road.

Other Things to Note:

This cabin is at the back of the development in a more private location. The Nitz Lodge is next door if you have a larger group and need 2 cabins.



** This property does allow pets

Pet Friendly – up to 2 dogs allowed. *You must let us know if you are bringing a pet. There is a $50/pet fee and you are responsible for cleaning up after the pet inside and outside. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

**4-wheel drive is required for winter driving conditions
