Bright beautiful studio on world-renowned island of Palm Beach, with over-sized terrace, pool, wi-fi, 1.5 blocks from the beach, within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, 5 miles from airport.

As seen on HGTV's House Hunters International, within the historic landmark Palm Beach Hotel Condominium, with classic Mediterranean Architecture. Bright & Sunny. Mini-kitchen. Expansive common areas. A short 15 minute Uber ride from the airport, no car is necessary with so much within walking distance, including the beach (chairs, towels, and umbrella provided), supermarket, fine dining and shopping.

Too many to list, restaurants include Trevini's or Cucina for Italian, Echo for Asian/sushi, PB Catch for seafood, and Flagler Steakhouse or Meat Market for steak. There is a French bakery in the building, Amici's gourmet market, and wine shops.

You can walk to fine shopping at Royal Poinciana Plaza, or for a longer walk, bike, or Uber, head over to the famous Worth Avenue.

Tour the renowned Breaker's Hotel, Flagler Museum, and St. Edwards Church. Rent bikes to experience the beautiful waterside Palm Beach Lake Trail.

A short drive or bike over the bridge into West Palm Beach, you'll find the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, the Norton Museum of Art, and Rosemary Square including live music and comedy club. The Palm Beach area is also known for its numerous golf courses (including an oceanfront par 3 on the island) and available deep sea fishing charters. And don't miss your chance to attend an International Polo match.

Very clean!easy access,great location. We really appreciated the wine and chocolates waiting for us. Only complaint I have was the parking wasn’t clear and the front desk wasn’t much help but we eventually figured it out.

Fantastic stay

Simple yet quaint and elegant room. Clean, charming, bright with an amazing terrace for private use. Pool area was great and the location is fantastic. I didn't use the beach or parking but loved that it was available.

Palm Hotel Stay

The room was outstanding, everything just perfect. However, the “hotel” itself is run down, antiquated and smells like a convalescent center. Overall a good stay in Palm Beach. The location is very convenient and has easy access to many amenities, including shopping and biking trails.

Perfect Palm Beach Escape

A fun home base for visiting Palm Beach. No frills hotel / guest house vibe. We were in town for a family wedding in Palm Beach. PERFECT location....Echo across the street, Publix, Greens Pharmacy, Amici Market, Paramount, Bike Trail, and Royal Poinciana are all easy walks. You never have to leave the island and having parking / valet is a bonus. The full kitchen and balcony are fabulous. David the host was super easy with communication too. Definitely would stay again.

Solo Getaway to Palm Springs

I loved this property. The owners met every detail -- from multiple coffee pod flavors, to tiny sunscreen tubes, to tooth paste, to chocolates. The unit has an amazing patio. It is small and in a historic property -- close to everything and absolutely fantastic.

We only had time for two nights. Would love to come back again Location is incredible. Beautiful patio to watch the sun go down and the people come and go on the street. Beautiful Condo

This cozy little condominium is beautiful and is exactly like the pictures. It's a great alternative to a hotel room in Wes Palm but want to be near the Breakers and the each. The owners are so thoughtful about little details that make for a more comfortable stay. The hotel as a whole has historical charm however could use updating.

Beautiful apartment ,very clean and well equipped. Particularly liked the kitchenette. Stayed with friends as we had the apartment next door which meant we could share the balcony. Lots of things within easy walking distance, groceries ,coffee and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Beautifully renovated studio apartment, lots of closet space. Enormous terrace

Had a wonderful stay. The room is exactly as it appears online, even better. sunny, spacious terrace. Great communication with the property manager. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. We went to PB Catch and PB Grill and had a fantastic time at both. Very short drive to Worth Ave and some other sites. 5 stars stay all the way. Wonderful!!! We will come back!

Fun place / great location

This clever rental has everything that a guest could want. The kitchen is complete and stocked with basics to get your day going. The pink flamingo beach towels keep the vacation vibe going. The terrace is a great place for morning breakfast in the summer and acts as an open air living room. The location can’t be beat-over Patrick Leze bakery, close to the bicycle path and the beach, Publix is across the street. Everything is walkable, so a car isn’t really necessary and The parking placard is a must. I’d love to stay here again.

My happy place

Palm Beach has been my happy place for 38 years, and my 9 day stay at the Grande Terrace made this trip even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed at the Palm Beach Hotel 5 other times, always enjoying. Perfect location. The Grande Terrace is the best of the best. Every amenity that you could want. Even Prosecco and chocolate! Never dealt with a better owner. Ample storage for clothes so luggage can be out of sight. Sad that I can’t return until next year. 😔🌴

Wonderful condo

This property is wonderful! Immaculately clean, great location, huge balcony, and great communication from the host. The parking pass was great, Publix across the street and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. One thing to keep in mind, the pool on the property doesn’t ever see the sun- so napping in a lounge chair will need to happen on the balcony or on the beach. So great that beach chairs and towels are provided!

Wonderful!

The apartment is clean, bright and super comfortable. Even though it is right across from a restaurant, the very mild sounds from it die down by 9 or 10pm. We enjoyed sipping wine in the evenings on the balcony. Parking was never an issue with our rental car as long term parking was readily available 1 block away. There is so much within a walkable distance. The restaurants tend to be pricey based on the location, so it was nice to balance it with eating breakfast and lunch in the kitchenette. Our host David was extremely responsive. We had a wonderful stay and made some wonderful memories.

Great Stay!

We stayed here while attending a wedding in Palm Beach. This unit was conveniently located to our wedding destination, was very clean and central to some nice restaurants. David was easy to communicate with and provided helpful information regarding local restaurants, attractions, etc. The unit was nicely updated and included a small kitchen which was a welcome amenity.
