Fabulous Palm Beach

I loved my stay here! The condo was perfect for me. Has a kitchenette, coffee, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Great neighborhood. Raul at valet was super kind. Great communication with owner. Definitely staying again.

Hidden Gem on Palm Beach

This condo is a great little secret. You can’t beat the price for the convenience. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. You have all the perks of a hotel with a front desk and all the benefits of having your own apt with a kitchenette. Host is easy to get in touch with and very prompt and responsive. They were especially helpful with a special request of mine.

PB hotel

I liked the quietness of the unit I rented with a friend. The description was a bit different on the site than what we had. The gold small sofa was a bit older and it had a loose arm on it. The blinds were broken. Had to have the fabric drapes hung. The blinds would not lift up to look out the 2 windows.

3 C’s - convenient, clean, charming

This space was perfect for our overnight stay. We were able to walk a block to the beach, a block to the waterway, see sunsets, access several restaurants and grocery is across the street. The room was clean and neat, we had everything we needed and the bed and pillows were comfy. The pool is wonderful. The building was under construction but not annoying. Perfect for us! Grab a meal from Amici’s Market - best homemade eggplant parm we have ever had and the Italian owners are down to earth and very helpful. Get the Circuit App to travel free around the area - tipping driver is recommended. We will definitely stay here again!

Inconvenienced

The location of the property was exactly what I needed. However, i couldn’t access the building because the front desk attendant was gone on break, so I had to stand outside the lobby for quite a while until she returned. On check-out morning, the water to the building wasn’t working—so i wasn’t able to flush the toilet or take a shower before my flight. The blinds to the windows do not work. The cleaning closet shares a wall with the unit, so it was very loud early in the morning.

My stay at this flat was unfortunately impacted by ongoing construction in the building, particularly in the pool area. The noise from renovations and window replacements made it difficult to relax and enjoy my time there. Additionally, the high humidity inside the apartment made it uncomfortable, and the bedding and towels never seemed to fully dry. The room itself was quite small, resembling a European travel experience. However, I must admit that the building itself has a charming old-fashioned style and is situated in a lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood. There are plenty of food and clothing stores, cafes, and restaurants just a short walk away. The public beach is also conveniently located just three blocks away and was peaceful and secure during my visit. With some improvements and the completion of construction, this flat could be a pleasant place to stay.

Moldy, moldy!

Beware… Not only was the bathroom shower disgusting. There was a terrible moldy smell in the unit as well. If only this site allowed the us to upload photos, Money hungry (ROSA) was not accommodating to say the least. When I reached out to her about condition in the unit along with the awful smell, originally she denied there was no foul smell, funny how the truth always have it’s funny way to prevail, Rosa then stated there is a humidifier placed in the unit to cancel out the odor in the room umm. Anyway I Will NEVER return here, nor would I ever dare to refer anyone to stay in this smut.

Stayed here for a weekend. The checkin at the front desk seemed very strange. They would not let you checkin without getting copies of your drivers license. I was not ok with that. I understand showing proof to show you are the person who reserved the room. But there is no need to have copies. Had to call the owner. Went down hill from there. Got in the room and it smelled strong like cigarettes. The room was clean. There were some stains on towels. The shower drain was very clogged. There were no gfci outlets around sink so be careful with the hair dryer and toaster. The bed was not the most comfortable. The parking pass allows you to park a few blocks away. After 6pm you can park in front of the hotel until 10am. Public beach access is about 2 blocks away and you cannot park there so have to walk. It was in a great safe feeling location. Close to several very nice restaurants and the beach. You get what you pay for.

Great Peeps and Vibes Labor Day Weekend!!

The vrbo was an excellent experience..The room was beautiful and very comfortable, We enjoyed the amenities such as the kuerig, pool, super comfy bed, plenty of space for 2 people ,and the staff were wonderful!! Kudos to Rupert and Miguel. they were totally awesome!! and the rest of the staff..amazing experience! I would stay there again!! 💯 Thank you for such a wonderful experience in Palm Beach ⛱️

Stay at Palm Beach Hotel

Only complaint was the lack of hot water for the shower. We also didn’t have parking close to hotel. Apparently the parking pass was misplaced.

Palm Beach Condo

We had a nice stay in the clean, convenient condominium. Easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. Good security. Would stay there again. Good communication with the owner also.

Good place to stay in Palm Beach

This condo unit is one of many in a historic Palm Beach hotel. Staff very friendly, owner was good to communicate with and this particular unit is very clean, furnished with beach towels and chairs. Hotel was clean, but our particular floor level needed attention. Carpet was in dire need of a good vacuuming. Would stay here again.

Great location for everything

Great spot for those looking to see all areas of palm beach without the cost of the high end resorts. Kitchenette is ideal for storage of drinks and snacks for your excursions. Well equipped if you’re trying to even cook small meals while staying. Everything was as described and manager, Rosa, was very helpful and proactive with communication.

Great location.

We stayed here for a short scuba dive trip. Perfect location for this activity. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Property owner was extremely responsive during our stay in getting the hot water heater adjusted right away. Would be happy to stay here again.

From the start Rosa had assisted our every need. The room was just as described and even more comfortable than I had imagined it would be. Front desk very polite and friendly and the building has been very well preserved. overall I would definitely stay here again. Price. and Location is spot on! parking never a problem.
