Villa Sakouli is clean and very well equipped. It is close to the beach, restaurants and a small grocery store. The pool is new and well maintained. Overall a great place to stay. Isabelle is always available for assistance.

We loved having outdoor space and a pool instead of being beach front. Very private and quiet. Short walk to village for shopping and dining. Short walk to beach bars and restaurants. We have been to St Martin many time and this is a favorite spot. Only a few stairs to enter the Villa. Parking right outside. Villa kitchen well equipped. Perfect for one or two couples. Perfect Stay

Property was clean, wonderfully appointed with everything we needed. Location 5 minute walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. 10 Minute drive to fully stocked Super Market, wine shops, bakery and restaurants. Loved Orient Beach already but Isabelle's house and hospitality made the stay even better.

This place is fantastic! The house is just as described! Gorgeous and comfortable! The owner went above and beyond for us! It had everything we needed. Now, the area! We didn’t rent a car because there was so much that was walkable in this gorgeous area. We walked to the beach, restaurants, store, coffee, you name it. It was such a cool and safe area. I would definitely be back to visit!

Beautiful Place!

Isabelle and her husband are such fantastic hosts! Very attentive, helpful, and very quick to respond to any questions or needs that you may have. The condo is in the perfect location, within a 5 - 6 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and 2 decent little grocery stores. The condo itself is very comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures. Beds are comfortable. The patio and pool are terrific! It was the perfect vacation for us and we hope to be back! You won't go wrong selecting this property for your stay. You'll love it!

SXM or Bust 2024

We spent an amazing week in Orient Beach and loved Villa Sakouli. The Villa is exactly as pictured and described. We enjoyed walking to the beach and dining at restaurants in the area. We had a rental car and ventured about the island. Isabelle was a wonderful hostess. She made sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to our next trip to SXM and would highly recommend Villa Sakouli.

Island paradise

Absolutely loved the property. It was very clean and kept up. Like the location, close to the beach and a variety of different restaurants/convenience stores. All are within a short walk so driving isn’t required. The private pool is nice to be able to sit around if not wanting to go to the beach or stores. All in all I cannot say enough good things about this VRBO! Isabelle was extremely helpful and a joy to deal with! Will definitely be in touch our next trip to the island!

Best Vacation Ever!

It is a pleasure writing this review. In addition to this home and location being absolutely perfect, St. Martin itself is absolutely lovely. We determined Orient Bay was the best place to stay on the island. It offers everything you could want in a vacation location. This home is perfect. It is comfortable, and has everything you need. Air conditioning that works, a beautiful outdoor area with a private pool, walking distance to BEST restaurants, cafe's, grocery store, hair salon, beach access and bars. There's even two parking spots directly outside the home. There is a stand alone cistern that guarantees water as the island often shuts down water supplies randomly. Our hosts were WONDERFUL. Isa and Ludo were available, kind, caring, informative and all around perfect. (yes, I said perfect!) So much so, we booked another month for next year. Don't bother going anywhere else. This is the place is worth every dime. You won't regret staying here and in fact will not want to leave. St. Martin, Orient Bay, Isa and Ludo are the perfect vacation trifecta!

We had an amazing stay at this rental in Saint Martin! The house is beautifully furnished and comes with all the amenities you could need, including a private pool and a lovely patio that made our time there extra relaxing. The location is ideal—nestled in the pristine area of Orient Bay, just a 5-minute walk to the stunning beach and a charming village with great restaurants and shops.The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She took the time to greet us personally and answered all our questions, which made us feel right at home from the start.Overall, this was one of our favorite vacations. We highly recommend this house and are already planning to rent it again next year!Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette maison à Saint-Martin ! La maison est très bien aménagée, joliment décorée, et équipée de tout le nécessaire, avec en bonus une piscine privée et un agréable patio pour se détendre.La localisation est idéale : située à Orient Bay, un endroit préservé et magnifique, à seulement 5 minutes à pied d’une plage splendide et d’un petit “village” avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques.La propriétaire a été extrêmement accueillante et disponible. Elle a pris le temps de nous recevoir en personne et de répondre à toutes nos questions, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée très agréable.Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésiter et avons déjà prévu d’y revenir l’année prochaine !

Une villa très agréable

Nous sommes venus en famille et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Isabelle a été très réactive dans les demandes et infomations par messages. Les deux chambres sont propres, très joliement décorées et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. La plage est à 5mn de marche avec des très bons restaurants tout autours. L'île de Saint_Martin étant assez petite, vous n'aurez aucun mal à vous déplacer pour aller découvrir la côte Caraïbe. A moins de 10 mn de l'Aéroport de Grand-Case, nous avons pu arriver à l'aéroport sans difficultés. Un très bon moment en famille et un bel endroit.
