LV Finicum Ranch is on 5 acres, located on the beautiful Arizona Strip just south of the Utah border. If you want to escape, get away from it all, come enjoy the quiet, rustic surroundings of an old ranching community. This quiet area offers stunning mountain views of red rock cliffs, spectacular sunsets, but most of all, views of the night's stars! We're located in the center of 4 amazing attractions: Coral Pink Sand Dunes/Zion National Park/Bryce Canyon & the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

It’s an old place that has had some updates on it. We had a hard time finding it but after calling the owner we were able to find it.

Thank you for staying here with us. My little place here was built in 2010 so it’s not too old. We are a working Ranch so we do have a barn, shop and other buildings on the property we have built since 2020. We do work very hard to keep our place neat and tidy and would venture to say we are one of the better properties in the area. again thank you for staying with us.

What an absolute gem of a location! Our stay far exceeded our expectations! The Ranch is nestled beautifully with 360 degree views and plenty of peace and quiet. Everything was so tidy and every little decor detail was such a cute added touch. We added the pin location to our gps before losing service and found the location with zero problems. Our trip to Zion National Park was nothing short of amazing and being able to come “home” and shower and sleep in a cozy bed was the best! Highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house is amazing. Spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Big kitchen and living room. Comfortable bed and enormous shower. Everything is so clean and has a unique vibe. The host is extra friendly. And the animals are so cool.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the bunkhouse! It was the perfect home base for us to visit Zion and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The space was super clean and perfect to come home to after a long day of hiking and traveling. Highly recommend.

Very spacious and clean, we enjoyed our stay immensely. I should have read the detailed directions before I drove around the barn lot. My bad. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful in spite of weather

Although the weather was unusually wet, we really enjoyed our stay. We took day trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Beautiful area.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! The area is beautiful. It’s far enough from town to be quiet & peaceful, but only 5-10 minutes from a grocery store and restaurants. The house is very spacious and clean. The host was easy to communicate with and very hospitable.

Hard to find Unit (Use Coordinates given in email!) unfortunately I arrived in the general area which had no service- I had to drive to get service and call host which fortunately was quick to respondAfter entering, the home, I wasn’t able to lock the door as the deadbolt didn’t line up with the hole.We also noticed the unit was attached to the owners house (heads up - door is only able to be locked on the Owners side) The common space (living room kitchen) was nice and had everything needed as far as kitchen supplies go and came with board games (nice little plus) however, theres visibly a door underneath the carpet in the living room, which I tripped on before seeing (do what you will with that information)Then, most importantly to me, the bedroom door does NOT close, the door appears to be to big for the frame itself so there’s no way to feel “secure” in the home - quite frankly. Despite all this, the bed was comfy, the shower was nice, and the skies were beautiful at night.Again, take what you will from this review, transparency is key. Overall, it was a comfortable stay despite the uncertainties
