Richard was very welcoming and the place was amazing! It had everything we needed, the backyard space was so relaxing and enjoyable. Close to Zion and Coral Sand Dunes. Hidden gem!

The whole place was spotless, the bed was super comfortable annd the hot tub was a great time after long hikes. Our truck broke down as soon as we arrived and the host came out within 10 minutes to help us get it back up and running.

We loved the location, the hot tub, the shower -- the bed was a bit soft, but the bedding and sheets were very nice. It was quiet and safe and just perfect for the 2 of us! the town is quaint, and we can't wait to return!!

Had the most enjoyable stay I have ever had at any place in my 62 years. The host was awesome the place was perfect, clean, spared no expense in making this rental truly as the name says Kings Quarters. I was over the top impressed with this rental worth every penny I paid. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially those OCD people like me who hate staying away from home. This place was perfect in every way!

Great location, right across from an amazing park! Quiet neighborhood, two excellent Mexican restaurants close by. Host answered any questions immediately…the hair dryer listed was not there but host had a new one dropped by asap! Would definitely stay again!

All the amenities worked perfectly. Kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, paper towels, live TV, the whole nine yards. Would just caution there’s a skylight so bring a sleeping mask if intending on sleeping in, but this is a great stay. Would give it 6 stars if I could!

Great cozy studio cottage with private fenced lawned yard on three sides. Dog friendly and very clean and tidy. Convenient and highly scenic distance to Zion. Certainly recommended especially as it is of good value.

This place is amazing and the ultimate place to stay and rest during a long trip. A hot tub, outdoor TV, fire pit, and a nice stretch of grass for some provided Cornhole allowed us to relax and have fun before continuing our travels the next day. Although it was a little hard to find at first, the host was very communicative when we had some struggles and even gave us a late check in for our troubles. Highly recommend this place for your long road trips and we will absolutely be back should we pass by!

I stayed here while doing a 2 week tour of the are national parks. And all I can say is “WOW”. This was the best place I’ve stayed. The property is adorable! It’s just the perfect size, the hot tub was so relaxing after hiking, it was nice to have a washer and dryer on site. But the bed was the highlight of my stay. That was the best night I have had in the whole week I’ve been out here. I can’t say enough great things to say about this rental. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow. Just wow! The kings quarters is exactly what the name infers. The hot tub, the outdoor tv, the fire pit, the heaters, the starry nights, and the absolutely beautiful inside this is definitely a spot suited for a king! Will definitely return. Absolutely in love with the quaint little town and the amazing stay we had.

Well appointed

This a small property about the size of a hotel room, but has pretty much everything that you need. We really liked the locking privacy fence that surrounds the yard. It made us feel much more secure. The bed is very comfortable, the towels are really nice, the furniture is new, and the property has been remodeled recently. You get the feeling that the hosts care about having a nice place to offer. Town square eatery a couple of blocks down the road has excellent sandwiches.

What a wonderful place to stay. The host was great and so helpful. With the hot tub, fire pit, and king size bed it was perfect for a nice romantic weekend for my wife and I. We will definitely be coming back.
