Best place to stay in Charleston!

The house is located in a great part of downtown Charleston and just a quick walk to several bars, restaurants, shops, and more. The house fit our entire group of 16 comfortably and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay from start to finish!

Great stay for girls trip

We had 12 for a girls birthday trip. Location was great to get to all of our meals and activities. Both houses were clean and we had plenty of space for all of us. Host was responsive with questions and accommodating with late check out.

We had a fantastic stay! We were celebrating my mother's 80th birthday, and the property was perfect: spacious, clean, well appointed, stocked with everything we needed, and tastefully decorated. We ran into a few problems related to missing amenities (the grill was initially not on the property) and malfunctioning appliances (one of the toilets was difficult to flush and several lightbulbs were out), but the property managers were very responsive and addressed our concerns in a timely fashion, even though it was a holiday weekend. I think the grill arrived in less than an hour after I called to inquire about it. The location was fantastic! We had a chef make a special brunch, enjoyed the rocking chairs on both porches, loved the seating on the back patio, and made the best of the spacious common areas. It was really lovely and magical for our family. I would highly recommend this rental.

Our family came together from 4 different states to celebrate our nephew's fabulous wedding. Charleston and 82 A & B did not disappoint. The house worked out great.

Cooper River Run Weekend

This home suited our group perfectly. Large number of bedrooms all with en suite baths. Short walk to Charleston Center and all of the fun that the city has to offer. Lovely outdoor courtyard is spacious and comfortable. Being next to an office and an event facility was perfect! No one to bother with our post race banter, and no one to get in our private space either. This is a VRBO winner.

Celebration of Two Birthdays

Six of us (all over 50) came together to celebrate two birthdays. Kerri helped me every step of the way with infinite patience and was an amazing resource for all things Charleston. The location is perfect. It is close to King Street, and there are a few places within quick walking distance to the property to grab coffee, breakfast, etc. My friends surprised me with a Chef who came to cook us all a Sunday birthday breakfast and the second-floor kitchen was a perfect spot for her to create her masterful eggs benedict, etc. Any small issues we had were handled promptly. It was like staying in one home as we were able to go back and forth up/down the stairs between both floors very easily! Having bathrooms in each room (plus the two extra half baths) is invaluable when you are traveling with a group of women who need to get dressed for events/dinners! I loved being able to open my door onto a porch to get some fresh air while I was getting ready. My posse had a wonderful time! Thank you to Kerri and your team for helping us with everything! We are greatly appreciative of all of your efforts to make our trip from Chicago/New York so wonderful! Best, Ellen

Gymnastic Meet Weekend

The property was perfect for 7 adults and 9 Gymnast that were competing at the convention center. The we had a great time with everything within walking distance. We will definitely stay at this location again.
