Views are amazing and sunsets spectacular from the balcony. We could see dolphins and stingrays in the water from our room. Condo set up was perfect for our girls group with 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 jack and jill bathroom. Only drawback is elevators. Only 1 was working and it caused frustrating delays, however this had been mentioned by other reviews.

No luggage carts, had to make 4 trips up and down elevators. Lounge chair on balcony was ripped and unusable. Bedroom 3- bed wobbled. Bedroom 4- mattress was horrendous, family member couldn’t move their back and the ceiling fan didn’t work. Agitator in washing machine had so much detergent buildup I had to scrub it clean before use. Unless the mattresses are updated and they decide to add luggage carts, I would think again about starting here.

The whole process was easy and the condo was amazing! The view alone is worth every penny. The owners respond quickly if you have any concerns. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break getaway

The listing of the property was accurate. I love the direct access to the beach as well as a pool/hot tub and other attractions/food. The condo was spacious and accommodated my family of 7 perfectly. If I needed to reach out to the rental company it was easy and they were quick to respond. The only updates the condo needs in my opinion is a new sofa; each room had working televisions, large balcony space, and nice/fully functional kitchen.

Family Vacation

This was our second time staying in this unit. It's very spacious for our large blended family. Easy access to the beach, pool, restaurants, and attractions. The balcony and views is our favorite thing about the unit. Both times we arrived alittle early, and while its not guaranteed, they were successful which was most appreciated. Only minor issues like the fan and tv in one of the rooms not working but wasn't a super inconvenience Elevators were much better this time than our last visit.

PCB 2023

This location is awesome. The check in process was easy. There were just some things tbat could have been better. The toliet in the master bath was nasty. The shower curtain was nasty the tv didnt work in the master. The toliet seat in the other king room was broken. There was a broken mirror in the closet and the shower curtain was nasty. There was a crack in the door to the jack and jill bathroom. The tv didnt work in one queen room. The dishwasher and garbage disposal smelled terrible. We had to clean them both to be able to clean them. The sliding patio door in the master was off the tracks. I think whoever cleans this property didnt do a very good job. Also there wasnt any luggage carts to use anywhere. We had to park on the 3rd floor and carry all of our stuff to the 23rd floor. Also a 4 bedroom condo should at least have 2 spots at the complex and not have to park across the street.

Overall..facility was was not prepared for our arrival. Four bedroom condo was dirty upon arrival. I had to buy cleaning products to clean condo refrigerator and floors. Couches were stained, walls dirty and needed cleaning. Unit had awful odor upon arrival. Box spring covers were filthy…housekeeping never did come change linen in room instead left sheets in plastic bag outside door. No coverlets on beds. After two days housekeeping left them in bag outside door. TV’s in two of four rooms did not work. The text option to communicate with staff at condo was readily available for me to communicate my needs but was awful with following through on getting anything accomplished. They apologized often but only to try and smooth over the immediate problem. TV’s never did get fixed in rooms and this was a must since it rained everyday and we were stuck in room with nothing to do. For what we paid to stay for a week I found facility was not worth the hassle.

Thanksgiving visit

Great rental property with top floor view of gulf!! Only negative is there are no luggage cart-explained that they disappeared after a hurricane. We just held the elevator to get it loaded/unloaded. Beautiful condo with all rooms very spacious.

Just a bit dirty

It had a great view, great location, just wasn’t very clean in the bathrooms. Easily fixed but for the cleaning fee, I shouldn’t have to do the cleaning.

Nice property but not good for seniors!

This property was nice and the condo was very good. The mattresses and sheets needed to be replaced. The worst part of this property was there were no luggage carts. When staying for a week with 7 people, that were seniors, it was very difficult to get all that stuff upstairs. There was no mention of this in the listing . Would not rent here again unless they made them available.

One of the better places I've stayed in PCB.

Cleanliness was better than almost all other places I've stayed. There were some smaller things I noticed like footprints on the wall of the bar. They had almost all kitchen accessories although I did find some unclean dishes. I ended up buying a whisk and leaving it there. The parking is interesting. Only one spot in the actual garage that's assigned. There are some handicap spots on the first level if you have that and can snag one, and extra parking is across the street. One thing that made me a little nervous were the elevator permits hanging in the elevator expired while we were there. Never had any trouble though. The location was convenient and I enjoyed the check in process not involving a front desk. They also have pretty large balconies which is nice.

Pleasant stay

Condo has great views, good location, comfortable-enough beds, and plenty of room. Negatives were the super sandy floors upon arrival and the small queen bedrooms stayed 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo. Minor inconveniences but made for an overall good stay.
