Shores of Panama Construction Notice: Shores of Panama is undergoing a complete exterior stucco renovation beginning October 20, 2025 & ending by March 24, 2026. You will see construction equipment/personnel & some areas may be closed due to construction. To account for the inconvenience of any noise you may experience during the day due to this construction, we have discounted our rates. We thank you for your cooperation as Shores of Panama undergoes these improvements!
"Sea Le Vie" condo 2328 is located on the 23nd floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 12th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an on-site $105 registration fee required by the resort for 10 beach-access armbands and 2 garage parking passes.
*Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 8 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.
"Sea le Vie" is a beautifully decorated, direct beachfront, 3BR + Bunk/3BA condo, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. This condo is in one of the largest floorplans in Shores of Panama. Guests have plenty of room to spread out & relax!.
The spacious living area has comfortable furniture, a smart TV, and large windows to enjoy the views. The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is ample seating at the eat-in kitchen bar, and dining table for the whole family. You can have your morning coffee while enjoying the gorgeous views from the large windows, which allow for tons of natural light. End the day with a cocktail on the large balcony, watching the gorgeous sunset with family and friends.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, en-suite, full bath with a tub/shower combo & a spectacular Gulf view. The first Guestroom has a King bed, en-suite full bath with tub/shower combo, and plenty of storage. The second Guestroom, has a Queen bed, and an attached full bath with a tub/shower combo. The Bunkroom is perfect for the kids with a twin/twin bunkbed & a TV to help entertain them. The living room includes a queen pullout sofa which allows this condo to comfortable sleep 10!. This unit has a full sized Washer and Dryer for your convenience.
Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.
Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided in the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
*Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.
