- 1 beautiful veranda overlooking the swimming pool with a very comfortable dining area
- the 1st bedroom, accessible from the veranda: a master suite (180x200cm bed) air-conditioned with storage, shower room and toilet

On the garden level
- 1 shower room with sink and toilet
- the 2nd “palm tree” bedroom, with access and view of the swimming pool: a suite ventilated by an air fan, with double bed (160x200cm bed) and storage cupboards
- the 3rd “coral” bedroom, accessible from the terrace, ventilated by an air fan, with double bed (160x200cm bed), storage cupboards and work space

At the same level, outside:
- 1 beautiful natural stone swimming pool of 4m x 3m with submerged beach, equipped with a heat pump and an alarm security system
- 2 extremely comfortable sun loungers
- 3 floating beanbags to enjoy the pool intensely

HOME EQUIPMENT et SERVICES
The kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, wine cellar, Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, induction hob, and many other kitchen equipment and utensils.
A courtesy tray (unlimited coffee and tea bags) will be waiting for you upon your arrival.
A wide variety of wines and champagnes are on sale and available on the wine list available to you on site.

The villa is equipped with:
- Internet (Fiber) and television with Netflix subscription
- Ironing board and iron, 2 hair dryers, etc.
- Washing machine and dryer (2 in 1)
- Bathrobes, hand towels and pool towels
- Household linen: sheets, comforters, tea towels, bath mats

The villa has 2 parking spaces on the mountain side.

SECURITY
The swimming pool has a standard protection system (alarm), however it is not monitored and remains the full responsibility of the tenant.

LOCATION et ENVIRONMENT
Villa Austral et Lagons is located on a coast accessible by car, at an altitude of 164m in the Collines du Lambert housing estate in Etang-Salé-les-Hauts. It is located on a path used only by local residents, and therefore very quiet.
The villa is close to the shops and restaurants of the town center (5 minutes) and it will only take 10 minutes to access the town's beautiful black sand beach and the Route des Tamarins which will allow you to go everywhere on the island.
