Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Cody, Wyoming, you will find The Sage Brush. It is located less than two miles from downtown! Our home is perfect for families with children but will accommodate just about any visitor! Cody is only 50 miles from the East Gate of Yellowstone National Park! We hope you will enjoy your stay in the BEST town in the west!

Cody Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home in Cody. There is a beautiful Mountain View. Property was clean, spacious with many stocked amenities. Neighborhood was safe. Backyard was beautiful with a Playset for young children. School with park across the street is a bonus as well. Within 10 minutes to rodeo and downtown Cody. Downtown Cody super cute with boutiques, restaurants. Our only regret was not planning to spend a little more time in Cody.

Review

Love it! Perfect place for us to stay. The beds were a little uncomfortable. But all in all. Awesome!! Just a little side note. There was a cute little old lady that kept coming over to see if her daughter Kristen was home. She seemed very confused. We thought she might have owned the house at one time or her daughter lives there?She came over several times. She told us she lived three houses down. She was very nice, just extremely confused.

BEST VRBO stay we have experienced!

This VRBO stay eraned a 5 star rating across the board!!! Not only was the location fantastic (right up the hill off of the main strip of downtown) the view of the surrounding area was spectacular and the house itself was fabulous! If you have children this is the place to stay! The owners have done a wonderful job of providing toys, children's books, games, Disney+, and a wii console for your convenience. They even had a stroller and wagon in the garage for use! Right across the street are some school playgrounds and right down the hill is a fantastic park with an awesome splash pad (we were there several days of our stay)! The back yard is fully fenced with a excellent playground for the kids and a relaxing deck (BBQ and fire pit) for the adults. The kitchen is well stocked with almost any simple need you might have (i.e. salt and pepper, coffee filters, pots and pans, dishes, and dish/dishwasher soap). There were a few minor issues during our week stay, so we sent off an email to the owners and within the same day they had someone come out and take care of the issues! This was by far the BEST VRBO stay we have experienced!!!

Beautiful Place - Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. With 4 bedrooms plus a bed in the lower level we had plenty of beds to sleep in for our large family. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the backyard with a nice deck and a great swing set for the kids to play in. There is even a two car garage. We were less than 5 minutes from downtown Cody which meant a quiet stay yet a short trip to all the attractions. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cody.

Perfect Cody getaway!

This property is definitely a 5 star!! Great location and house is equipped with everything you need. 2 separate living areas are great for 2 families or families with kids. The only thing I would change is having a bigger supply of towels. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Cody.

Comfortable & Clean

Thank you for the beautiful stay, the property was comfortable and clean and was perfect for our family. The back yard was wonderful too and my granddaughter loved playing on the playset.

Excellent stay! Beautiful and convenient!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It is very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. We especially loved the back deck for sitting in the morning and until late evening. The fenced in back yard has a very nice play area for children. Beautifully decorated inside and landscaped yard. You will see deer and rabbits come into the yard to graze. It was a perfect stay! Highly recommend!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a great location for accessing the east entrance of Yellowstone. Our kids really enjoyed the back yard.

Large immediate family

We are a family of 7 and it was such a comfortable home where we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Highly recommend for a large family, outside play area was a complete hit as well. Property owner was great to deal with.

Was adequate for sleeping.

The good. -home was clean -owner was communicative and nice. -warm -spacious. -great backyard/patio setting -close to town. -reasonably priced for a short notice booking. (That’s my fault) The Bad. -the washing machine did not work. -showering set off the fire alarms in every room attached to a bathroom, when you used the shower. -the ceiling fan in master bath sounded like I was chopping up a seagull when turning it on. -the basement smelled like cats.

Great place just far enough from downtown to be quiet

We enjoyed our stay at the Sage Brush. The house was roomy, including the basement. The outdoor living space was nice bonus, especially the playscape. Our grandkids loved playing in the back yard.

Just what we needed!

Five of my work colleagues stayed at the Sagebrush and loved it. The place is spacious and comfortable and was exactly what we needed for our 5-day stay. The porch, backyard and grill were a plus! We were there during a heatwave (90F+) and it stayed nice and cool- especially in the basement. Definitely would recommend to any group needing a quiet and comfortable place in town!

Great house

Loved our stay. Great house and really enjoyable back yard, especially for kids. Could have had more basic stocked amenities for use (shampoo/conditioner, salt/pepper) but that’s my only suggestion.

Perfect House for family

We enjoyed our time in Cody. This was a perfect place for our family . There was plenty of rooms. It was nice to have our own space . The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the playground across the street.
