Beachfront get away

Our home offers a spacious vacation spot just right for the family. It is a 3 bed / 2.5 bath condo located in Pine Knoll Shores, just steps away from the beach. All linens are included in addition to a washer/dryer.

Minimum 7-night stay (Saturday to Saturday typically).

Room arrangements:

• Bedroom #1 Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed
(included is a private bathroom and private balcony with ocean views)

• Bedroom #2 has a Full Bed

• Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds

Also included:

Close all curtains. DO NOT leave any food. Remove all food from refrigerator, freezer and pantry. Clean. Wash all dishes and put away. Clean grill and griddle. Organize closet in mudroom.
Leave parking permit in binder. Leave dishwasher and washing machine doors open. Turn off ice maker. Turn off all lights. Lock all doors. Take all garbage out. Empty lint trap in dryer.

Our stay here was amazing! The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The condo was wonderfully decorated and call, with small necessities provided, which was a welcomed surprise. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future.

Location was perfect for family and quiet from the busier beaches. Condo had everything from kitchen utensils for cooking to beach items for a day in the sun and waves. While it was nice to have linens available may go with a linen service in the future for added convenience.

The house is great. You can't beat the location; it is right on the beach and a pretty quiet part of the beach at that. The beds and couches are comfortable and the house had everything we needed, with the exception of more toilet paper so we had to go get some, but our family loved the house. It was nice to have a keypad for the door so our kids could be independent in going in and out and even though the walls are pretty thin, we had very quiet neighbors so that was nice. The reason I gave four stars instead of five was because of the check out procedures. I've been renting houses on Emerald Isle for almost 20 years and have never had such extensive check out requirements before. We had to wash all of the sheets and towels and remake the beds and not that it is hard work but it took so much time and made our departure very stressful, which I didn't appreciate. Awesome house; just too much work for vacation.

Great, relaxing stay

The property was great for our small family. Between the beach and the pool - and the mix of seclusion yet proximity to restaurants and grocery - it was perfect. Kellee was a great host and very communicative. The only downside I would note is a surprise requirement (not advertised in the listing) to launder all sheets and towels before departure. Kellee was certainly flexible with us on this, which we appreciated, but if you have a long drive and intend to leave early this complicates things. Nonetheless, we would still return (as long as the fees start coming down!).

Best beach condo yet

I’ve stayed at the beach every year since moving from the area in 2016. Kellers condo is by far the best—clean, cozy, and so tastefully decorated. It is so close to the beach that there’s no need to pack a cooler, and it has everything you need, with plenty of room to spread out: it’s definitely not cramped as some condos are. I was pleased that the washer and dryer were of high quality too. Often I leave feeling like my laundry never got fully clean while I was there. Perhaps the only down side is that it’s hard to check out at ten with children when you have to wash all the linens and put them back on the bed. I flew in so couldn’t bring my own, but having a spare set to put on the bed and then putting the others in the wash would’ve made for an easier morning. That being said, I will definitely stay here in the future because of the responsiveness and kindness of the host, the cleanliness of the condo, and because it has all the amenities you’ll need for a great week. Thank you, Kellee!

Home Away From Home

We have been traveling to Emerald Isle for 17 years and this was by far one of our favorite places to stay. Everything was very clean and well kept , we had everything needed for a perfect week at the beach!

Pine Knoll Shores

We really enjoyed the area and Kellee is great! The condo is stunning and the location genuinely cannot be beat. Everything was clean and ready to use. We really loved having access to the beach umbrella and chairs so that we didn’t have to try to travel with them. I will say there are a lot of stairs in the condo but we did fine with my mom and our younger kids since you really only need to go up them to sleep and shower. We really couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

First visit to Emerald Isle

Whole process from beginning to end went very smoothly. Loved being close to the beach and complex pool. Enjoyed exploring the area. Got our steps in with the multiple stairs. Very tastefully decorated. Overall very nice.

All you need and more, it's here!

Great one week vacation. We've never been to this area and really enjoy the location. The owner was super attentive and responsive to any questions and concerns. The condo has all you need and it's just steps from the beach. Be prepared for steps going to the different levels in the condo and also to go down to the beach. We highly recomend this place!
