Snowy Weather Notice:
• The cabin is located on a main road and will be cleared by the HOA in snowy weather. However we still recommend 4 wheel drive/All wheel drive and/or Snow Chains in snowy winter months. If you are booking during winter months please keep this in mind. As we will not be responsible for inclement weather.

The Smoky Creek Hideaway is a uniquely designed farmhouse style cabin. Upon entering, you will notice the beautiful vaulted ceilings and open concept design. The kitchen leads into the living room where you will find a TV with Amazon streaming services and warm fireplace welcoming you to sit and relax. The cabin then continues into the Game Room, where you can let loose and have a little fun playing pool and sitting next to our repurposed whiskey barrel table. To the left of the game room through the double doors leads you into the Master Bedroom, where you will dream on a comfortable queen-sized mattress and soak in the Large Jacuzzi Tub.

Just outback of the Main Space, is the Large Balcony with Beautiful String lighting, comfortable rocking chairs, and a 6 person Jacuzzi overlooking the creek bed below. This is the perfect location to unwind in the evening and breath the fresh mountain air.

No Parties Allowed
All guests must be listed and documented in booking.
Pets welcome - Our pet-fee is additional for up to two pets for the duration of the stay. Just make sure the pets are part of your reservation, if not the pet fee will be requested before or after your stay.
Guest Access
Full access to the cabin and all amenities.

***Please be advised that we have EXTERNAL video monitoring in place at the property. There is a single camera that monitors the front door entrance. This is for both the safety of guests and the safety of the property. No regular footage of guests is recorded or maintained. NO INTERNAL cameras are present and YOUR PRIVACY is a top priority. If you have any questions about video monitoring, please let us know***

House Rules
• No smoking indoors. Please use the balconies. Smoking inside will result in a $300 fee.
• Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Late checkout past this time incurs a $75 fee.
• Early Check-in / Late Checkout:
We may be able to accommodate requests (up to 2 hours) for a $50 fee, depending on cleaner availability.
• Pet fee is included in the nightly rate only when pets are added to the reservation.
• Guests must pick up pet waste. A $75 fee per pickup applies (up to a $500 maximum).
• No food or pets in the hot tub.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and may result in early termination of stay and/or additional fees.
Extra guests beyond 4 will incur a $50 per night charge.
• No parties.
• No drugs.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM in this quiet wooded community.
• Fireworks and open burning are prohibited year-round.
• Toilet use: Please use the bathroom toilets for bathroom items only.

Trash Policy
• Trash must be stored in the trash cans on the back porch only, and never left outside due to bears.

Winter / Snow Weather Advisory
• 4WD/AWD and/or snow chains are strongly recommended during winter months.
• Please keep this in mind when booking. Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to access the cabin due to lack of proper winter vehicle equipment.

There is a nearby cabin under construction, so there may be some daytime construction noise on certain days. Evenings are typically quiet and restful.
