In Comps, in the golden triangle of Nimes Avignon Arles, we offer this charming air-conditioned loft and solar-panels with a swimming pool, which can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. Located on the first floor, it includes a large living room opening directly onto the pool, a fully-equipped kitchenette, an open-plan bedroom area overlooking the pool and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with loft-style industrial chic decor, double sofa bed and dining area
- A small kitchen with countertop, including electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, hob, Nespresso coffee maker and fridge with freezer.
- Open-plan pool-access bedroom with double bed and TV (Orange TV and Netflix)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A 4.50x2.20m city pool, (unheated) and available all year round. It is protected by a cover with bars. The pool is open at all times and lit in the evening. Opening dates non-contractual.
- A 600 m² shared garden with the owners, comprising three terraces: one in front of the pool with a dining table, a shaded terrace with private garden furniture, and a solarium with 2 deckchairs and a pergola for outdoor dining, even in rainy weather. All unoverlooked.

For even greater comfort, the following additional equipment is available: washing machine, barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron, raclette and fondue machines, board games.

The property is located in the golden triangle of Nîmes Avignon Arles, around 25 km from each city. Comps is a small Provencal village, 10 minutes from the Pont du Gard. You'll be close to all the essential shops.

Activities: cultural visits, greenway, hiking or biking, canoeing and kayaking nearby.
