This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with 15th-floor ocean views is so fun, it has a huge balcony with access from the living room and each bedroom! This condo has new floors, new paint and new furniture. The great room is spacious, it has plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa and a comfy recliner; it also features a huge 75" TV and a dining table for 6. The kitchen has granite, all the cooking items you could want and an eat-at bar with seating for 4 more! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a writing table, a large closet and an ensuite. The first guest bedroom has a full and twin bed and the second guest bedroom has a queen and a twin. These guest bedrooms also each have a bathroom dedicated to them across the hall. The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer. One of the most amazing features of this condo is the balcony, this massive balcony has access from each bedroom and the living room. It has several seating areas and a gorgeous view of the beach and the Hilton pool complex!!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

Work conference

This property worked great for a work conf we were attending next door. It have is the chance to cook at home in the evenings, enjoy a great view, and relax in a wonderful space!

Perfect for multiple couples or families. They really think of everything. They have a cooler, beach toys, and boogie board. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 6 years and have stayed at several locations. This place is perfect to relax and recharge. You will not regret booking this place.

The unit is a good size with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. The living area and all 3 bedrooms open to the balcony with a view of the beach. Our only CON---was having to keep up with physical keys to enter the unit.

Great place to stay!

Unit was clean and well stocked with any items we needed. Owners have done a great job with making the space functional for families (there were even board games). The view was fantastic! We would define stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering our room it did smell stale and mildew I was trying to figure out what it was but also trying to open every glass door leading to the deck to get it aired out , we did think about getting a different room or see if we could be moved but it was just the end of the day and we needed to relax. the first night we planned on cooking but once we got started we noticed the spatula has dried crusted egg still stuck on it and a few others dirty too,which a new set of those you can honestly get at the dollar tree to replace those .. then the burners did not work correctly it took an hour to boil some water. There was some food stuck under the table , ALL the curtains had mold on them so no wonder the smell. And I do have asthma and health problems already the mold spots were very concerning. Also SAND in the bed . The floor was very dirty walking on it with socks for only 5 minutes you could see that . This was all confusing because we are told the maid was in there to clean and get it ready. If the beds were washed and it was cleaned it was not done with integrity.which is sad because we paid over $800 for the room, The room did have a balcony with a beautiful view And Courtney was very professional and helpful to us by checking to see if there were things we needed in the room. If you want this room please ask if the room has been cleaned correctly and the utensils have been replaced and stove checked. I would not recommend due to the issues and the MOLD but if they make changes I would come back .

The rooms in this condo had good beds and plenty of space. 3 bathrooms was great. The condo was clean and in good condition. We were short a set of bath towels and were unable to get a new set during our stay. There was access to the indoor pool which was a nice additional feature. It has easy access to the beach. There is the option to rent an umbrella and beach chairs out front, and there is a lifeguard stationed at the beach right out front as well. Very nice. Overall, a good condo and a great resort.

Perfect location for family stay with great amenities

We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for years and Kingston Plantation is one of our favorite spots. This condo has everything you need and more. The best part is that every room has access to the oversized balcony. We will be back!

Great Family Vacation!

The layout was perfect for my husband and I to have all 3 of our grown boys come with their families (total 7 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant). Loved being able to park on 6th level of parking deck and enter pretty much straight through to the condo. Made for ease of loading and unloading luggage from cars. Loved the decor and furnishings…. Very pretty! It was great to be able to look out at the ocean from 2 bedrooms and family room. It was easy access to beach, which was important with young children. We all enjoyed the lazy River and pool as well. Hope to find a week that works for the entire family to come back again next year! Thank you for providing a great place for our family to vacation together!

Just what we needed

I rented this condo for myself and my staff to stay in while we attended a conference at the Embassy Suites in Kingston Plantation. The condo was the perfect size with a fabulous balcony. Beds were very comfy and unit was clean! Would definitely have no problem staying there again.

Fantastic Stay

We were a big family of 8 which included and infant. We had a wonderful time and everything was just as listed. I loved finding that there was a crockpot and so many other kitchen items for us to us. The bathroom for each bedroom was a huge hit as well. We will definitely stay here again.

From start to finish this was such a letdown.

First, let me say that we've been vacationing at the Kingston Plantation for many years now and this is one of the worst experiences we've ever had. Here's why: We were notified only a few days before check-in that major construction was not done on the property limiting the amenities being offered. Courtney offered a refund but what God would that do days before when everything has been planned out already? Then when we got to the room and it stunk from what we thought might have been cigarettes, I attempted to contact Courtney but she didn't pick up so I left her messages via voice and email because my daughter deals with asthma. It wasn't until about 24hrs. later that she got back to me and denied anyone from there smelling any odor when leaving the welcome packet, but offered an air purifier. It is impossible not to smell this odor and there was no way that would have fixed the issue so I declined since it was obvious we weren't getting anywhere. Later that day we found there were ionic air purifiers in some of the closets for use, which tells me this is probably an issue they are aware of. Some time later we went to open the couch up to use as a bed and found the mattress had black mold underneath it. I contacted Courtney again immediately with the assumption we are now dealing with mold and not a cigarette smell but still got hardly anywhere. She did of course have them replace the mattress quickly, but by this time the vacation was over. I took pictures of the mold before they replaced the mattress but she didn't even care to look at them. And that's not to mention the king mattress is so old it's like sleeping on the box spring. Either way, it shouldn't have been this way for a vacation we planned since the beginning of the year. Not everybody is out to get something so you should deal with each situation accordingly. We've been going to KP since 2008 (the year we got married there) just about every year, and it's become a family trip of ours. You put so much into planning out your days along with everything else, packing, etc. And then for someone to respond that waiving resort fees and parking fees is substantial is frustrating, but more and more typical nowadays. You worry about being "that person"

Access to the gym via the shuttle was a big benefit for my elderly parents so that they can come and go as they please.

Beautiful property, but NOT clean!

The condo is beautiful! Couldn’t ask for a better location. We had plenty of space and a huge balcony with beautiful ocean views. We felt safe and secure. We even slept with the balcony door open to listen to the ocean. The weather was perfect for opening the balcony doors and turning off the AC unit! The actual unit needs some TLC. Lots of rust on the sprinklers, sink drains and faucets, lights and fixtures, and the oven burners. The floor was horribly dirty. I mopped 3 times and the mop water looked like mud until the 3rd time. There was dust and debris in the floors, dirty baseboards, food crumbs in the stovetop burners, and visibly soiled refrigerator handle. The management company was awesome! Communication was super easy and Rachelle was outstanding! I made her aware of the issue, since they likely pay someone to clean and wanted them to be aware of the poor job being done by the cleaning company. She did apologize and offer to send someone to clean, but we would have preferred the cleaning happen prior to our arrival and not during. For the high cleaning fee that’s charged, I expected a much cleaner unit! We likely won’t stay again, simply due to the uncleanliness of the unit. Given the times we are in, with covid being on everyone’s mind, I would think more consideration would be given to cleaning and sanitizing this unit.
