Stay in this updated 1927 charmer in the heart of all Waconia has to offer! Walk to City Center Park, coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, a movie theater, bowling, ice cream and the lake! Within a few minutes' drive, walk the trails or swim and picnic at the Lake Waconia Regional Park. Take part in libations at one of the several wineries and breweries while enjoying the beautiful Waconia scenery. The house is just 13 miles from Prince's Paisley Park and conveniently located 35 miles from MSP airport. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the 2nd floor. On the main level, there is one bedroom with an attached ¾ bath. The open living area offers plenty of seating for dining, conversation, or movie night. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch or in the eat-in kitchen overlooking the deck and large fenced in backyard. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit or partake in a friendly game of horse shoes. The basement is also finished with a sauna and a ¾ bath. This home has many amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable - come and enjoy this home away from home!

This is an outstanding place to stay if you are visiting Waconia. Close to everything and even decorated for Christmas. As a host, Kelly, thinks of everything and the place is lovely with everything you might need. We stayed at this property two years ago and was excited to come back again. We especially like the main level as we could play family games at the big table!

The house was charming with lots of original woodwork. Very comfortable for our3 adults & 2 kids. The sauna was enjoyed by the adults several times. We fell in love with Waconia! Lots of fun restaurants & things to do.

The house was clean and supplied. It has a warm atmosphere and we were greeted w a kind note and some treats. Kelly was great and right there with answers to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect weekend stay!

We (four adults and one infant) stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend and it was perfect! The location is perfect being only a couple blocks from downtown shops, restaurants and marina. This space is so cute and exactly as advertised! Bedrooms were good sizes and had extremely spacious closets. The property also was well stocked with kitchen items, games, towels and bedding that made things easy. Great backyard and relaxing porch also were fun spaces to enjoy. Neighborhood is quiet and super walkable. Kelly was extremely communicative and easy to coordinate with which helped make our stay even more seamless. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat!

Girl's Trip

3rd Annual Trip to Waconia. It's a wonderful Girl's or Couple's Trip to take & get away for a wknd! Beautiful town & sooo much to do/offer! There were 7 of us women ages 40-60 that stayed at this location... it was perfect!! So cute & spacious! Very clean! Great parking. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully stocked with all our needs, large backyard & it was mid-summer, so it was hot outside & A/C worked AMAZING! Hostess very responsive & sweet. Basket of goodies welcomed us upon arrival. Rate a 10... would highly recommend & will stay again! Thank you, Kelly!

Waconia charmer

Very inviting and clean! Perfect for making lasting memories with loved ones. The beds were comfortable in bedrooms that were spacious. Bathrooms and kitchen included modern updates. You won’t go wrong staying here.

Family weekend

This is a great centrally located place for us to visit family in the area. Plenty of space yet cozy. 5 adults and 2 teens. Had room for area families to stop in to eat and visit. Our Host has thought of everything ! Very nice !!!

Great house, even better location

This is the second time we are staying here. We love the spaciousness which was for 6 adults. The house is very clean and true to description! The location is wonderful and convenient to walk to the lovely lake, around the neighborhood or to downtown for great food or coffee/tea! Would highly recommend!

Such a cute home! Even better in person

We rented this place over Christmas to see family and it was so cute! Decorated for the holiday season and the photos didn’t do it justice. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. We borrowed a pack and play from our family. Great location and Kelly was super responsive. I love historic homes and this one is beautiful.I wanted to know the history after visiting! We will be back!

Couples weekend in Waconia

This was a great location for the six of us to get together. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable space. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it had a beautiful back yard. There are a number of fun activities in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

Best kept secret in Waconia

We came to Waconia for a wedding. This house was the perfect place for our family! It was walking distance to downtown, our wedding venue and the cutest restaurant, Lola’s. The beds, pillows and towels were all very nice. We also enjoyed the screened in porch and sauna!! We will definitely be back!!

Quiet...Relaxing...Beautiful Home with a Lot of Space

A beautiful home with lots of room for a fun gathering. We enjoyed the entire home, from the large kitchen, large living area, large dining area, and front porch, to the relaxing nice sized bedrooms, nice sized bathrooms, and a sauna to boot! Truly enjoyable. Our host, Kelly, was very responsive to any questions I had and very easy to communicate with. Anyone looking for a home to rent in Waconia would truly enjoy their stay. Thank you!!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We were in the area for our daughter's wedding and loved staying at this property. Everything was clean and the house was perfect for our needs. The house was easy to find and we drove straight to it. The host had thought of everything and the house was well stocked. We cooked most of our meals at the house and everything we needed for food preparation and eating was provided (except the food of course). We had forgotten to buy dressing for our salad and we even found olive oil and balsamic vinegar in the cupboard to make a vinaigrette! While there, we enjoyed playing horseshoes in the backyard, and also walked a few blocks to the marina on the lake. If we are in the area again we would stay at this location in a heartbeat.

Perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Immaculately clean, beautifully styled (but uncluttered, which we really appreciated with a two year old). Everything is bigger than it looks in the pictures and our group of six had plenty of room to spare. Check in and check out we’re both super easy and our communication with the host was lightening fast. Waconia is such a great little town and we loved being able to walk to everything. We especially enjoyed Mocha Monkey for coffee and Pangea for an amazing breakfast. We also highly recommend a distillery tour at J. Carver. All around great stay!

Exceeded expectations

We were very pleased with our experience at this property. It had all of the amenities and equipment we could have hoped for. While it is an older house, it has been meticulously maintained with significant money being spent on remodeling, especially in the bathrooms. The lower level, with a very large TV, sauna, and updated bathroom was a very nice surprise as well. We would happily rent this property again if the need arose.

Book Club Annual getaway

Six of us slept comfortably, enjoyed both porch and deck on lovely days. This home had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the lake. Charming place to stay.
